I loved the location, which made it easy to explore the Vatican and surrounding areas on foot. The property was very clean, and the blackout outdoor shutters made the room quiet and perfect for sleeping. I didn’t dislike anything about the property. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well maintained.

This place is very close to the Vatican museum entrance, you can see the Vatican wall from the apartment. It's a room with a private bathroom in an apartment with three other rooms and a common kitchen area. The room was enough for us (family of three). It was very clean and had a wardrobe to hang your clothes in, which was nice. The road can be noisy due to some traffic, but very quiet if you keep the windows closed. The host kept the room stocked with some nice snacks and coffee and tea in the common area.

Gianni was very nice and also accommodating. He cleaned our room every day and restocked our room with water and snacks.

Very accommodating as we we’re able to bring in our luggage early before the room was ready. The owner gave us an idea of where to go eat and the proximity to Vatican City was spectacular. I highly recommend people considering staying here. They even included pastries in the room as well as juice in the refrigerator. We really enjoyed the balcony to the courtyard and the dark out shutters. The common area had a variety of teas and coffees people to fix whenever they would like. Can’t think of anything!!! We loved our room!

The staff was so welcoming and hospitable! They were very helpful in giving me information on how to get there from the metro. They also provided some snacks, coffee, and toiletries which was great. They also let us store our bags! Honestly the only complaint I have is that there wasn't enough hot water for all of us in our shower.

Horrible experience

Great place to stay right across from the entrance to the Vatican. The hosts were very accommodating and helped us arrange a taxi to the train station.

The breakfast items were a bonus for the room. They got us started in the morning without needing to find a restaurant. We walked all over from the location and felt very safe. It was a great place to stay. Lighting in the bathroom could be better.

The property was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The treats they left in our room were very good. They had a commons area that had a microwave, dishes, toaster, and stove. The owners were absolutely delightful and made our trip memorable

I hope there are more power outlets in the room.

The location is perfect and it’s so clean and orderly. Nothing. We will definitely stay again in this lovely place.

Hello It was one of the best experiences and staying next to the Vatican City wall was good .We visited few points of Rome lots of things to see great people great food We wish to come back soon. Thank you to our host Erica!

Fantastic people that run this place. Very welcoming and communicative, they are always there to provide help if needed. They clean the rooms everyday, there is coffee machine available for free and the fridge inside rooms is always being replaced with new water and juice.
