Just needed more pillows. But thats a preference thing.

It was a pretty big space, and it was super close to Vatican City. It was also like a five minute walk to the metro which made it easy to get there from the main train station. I think there was not good communication when it came to check in. At first I had no clue what door to enter and then it was hard to get a reply back through the booking portal.

The location worked well for us. The room was clean and very comfortable. Nicoletta was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend it heartily. The bathroom is small and the toilet in our room did not work well although Nicoletta was responsive to it. Probably the biggest bummer is they provide a small packet of body soap (good for 1 shower). We were there 5 nights and it wasn’t supplied the 2nd day. We requested more and another single pack per person was supplied on day 3 and that was it.

The place was well located easy to access and well laid out. It was comfortable and had a good amount of space to live in. The facilities all worked well and the staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. We would happily stay there again. Thank you for all the great service and the fantastic stay. We would really recommend new towels as they were very thin and worn. They were clean but we could smell the vinegar on them that was used as ingredient to clean them. Our recommendation would be new towels are needed.

No toaster or kitchen. The cleaning lady arrived an hour earlier than check out and did not speak English, but I was able to communicate that she should return jn an hour.

New facility and clean. Owner was late for check-in. Paper thin walls and ceilings. I could hear other people upstairs watching TV at 0300. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Location is great Ac was old and hard to keep up with the heat from outside and last time when it was maintained was many years back. Even that cleaning was done daily was full of silverfish’s and ants. The door lock was an old type of key and didn’t inspire any trust.

It was clean and quiet, the basic necessities during the summer(AC, mini fridge) and a good balcony. The host was great and easy to communicate! Good wifi also! Pretty small fridge; apart from Vatican Museums and Cipro metro, quite far from everything else in the city. The neighbourhood was quiet but with strange people, especially near the accommodation(a cause might have been the secluded small piazza near it).

Due to a flight delay we didn’t arrive until very late at night, and I was worried that we would have difficulties checking in. But luckily Niccolina helped us out and it went off without a hitch. We also had a great private balcony looking up to the walls of the Vatican. 10/10 would recommend.

The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican museum. The mattresses were soft, and we used the balcony a lot. Our room didn’t have toilet paper and we messaged our host… she responded quickly, fixed the problem, and left us a free bottle of wine! Great accommodations.

The room was very clean and spacious. The apartment building looks a bit run down from the outside but the inside was in order, clean and very cool which was great since it was very hot when we visited. The lady who greeted us was very friendly. The apartment is close to the metro and to the Vatican Museums. There were not screens on the windows and even though we were out of the city center it was noisy at night. There must be a hospital near by because we often heard ambulances drive by during the night.
