Luxury Rooms H 2000 Roma

Great location. Walking distance to everything I wanted in Rome. Clean and comfortable room with friendly staff. Room serviced daily. If I had to find something it would be the bathroom was a little cramped but functional and clean.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and appreciate its excellent location. However, during our most recent stay, early in the morning there was a sewage pipe failure affecting our room. There was no staff available to assist us at the time. A replacement room was only provided in the afternoon, leaving us without usable accommodation for the majority of the day. When we contacted the hotel afterwards to resolve the issue, they did not respond. Booking.com had to intervene on our behalf, as the hotel also ignored their attempts to contact them. The location is great, but the lack of response and accountability from the hotel management is something future guests should be aware of

The people who managed it were very kind. Felt safe and was clean. The tub and shower. Just needs some repairs. Other than that it was perfect.

Good location Room 26 has an old hospital bed. There was two mattresses and I had to take the top one off and slept on the floor. It was comfortable then but they need to replace this entire bed. Also, they don’t knock on the doors before entering to clean. I had to stop them from coming in on me, wasn’t impressed on that. Walls are thin, can hear everything in next room.

Location was in walking distance of everything. Staff don’t not speak English, we have to figure out things for ourselves. Breakfast was horrible, store bought prepackaged croissants. Bed covers was old.

worst experience ever. So, the accommodation is dirty, the staff is unprofessional. There is no breakfast at all and they sell it as if it is included in the price. When we complained about the lack of breakfast and the accommodation being terribly dirty, they moved us to another accommodation which was even worse. Now, when Booking is asking for a refund for me and my friend, they are not answering the calls at all. Horrible, avoid this accommodation

Location is a spot on. Also, the reception lady was super helpful and friendly. It’s outdated and needs lots of work. Also, it’s not even worth to pay extra for breakfast unless you eat like a bird.

The location is perfect. Unique value for its price. The room was nice and tidy. Never seen this system with coffee machine and breakfast in the room before, but that’s quite a funny experience

Clean room Effective for our purpose You could hear everything because our room was next to check in and the street but a pair of earplugs fixed the situation. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Cristina and Marcos were so accommodating and helpful that our stay was more pleasant because of them.

Decent location to get around the city with easy access to transport around the city. Comfortable bed. Snacks and drinks in the fridge available. Air conditioning didn’t work. Shower head holder on wall broken and jacuzzi setting in the bath was not functioning. Was asked to pay for water that was supplied in the fridge upon check out that was not mentioned in any costs during or before the stay

The location was good. The overall cleanliness was lacking, and one of the towels had lipstick stains. Soap was not replenished daily. Although breakfast was included in the payment, it was quite basic; milk was not available every day, and the croissants were excessively dry. Despite paying for a large bed, we were given two single beds placed together, one of which was damaged.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff

The atmosphere of the room was really Roman. ♥️ We loved it! The old wooden furniture and the angels of the bedsheet... Our host was so kind and helpful. It wasn’t perfectly clean, yet we enjoyed our stay.
