Look, the apartment is outdated and uncomfortable. However, it was the cheapest option for 3 near the Vatican, so the location was excellent for us. Also, we booked a room with terrace and got the top floor apartment which had a terrace with amazing views of St Peter’s. It’s also a short walk from San Pietro train station, which is convenient if coming from Pisa or Civitavecchia. And they offer paid private parking. There’s also a bus stop in front of the hotel to go to other parts of central Rome and some decent cafes nearby. As said, dated uncomfortable 80’s decor. Beds were all sleeper sofas and not great. We kept on sliding off the pleather sofa. The decor is questionable, the bathroom without heating (which is cold in winter) and the kitchen ill equipped. Almost no crockery and cutlery. It’s a place to sleep- not to enjoy the room.

The property’s within a walking distance to the Vatican and very close to lots of restaurants and shops. The walls were very thin you could hear all the conversations outside. If you’re staying at the bottom floor, the noise from the units above can be very annoying especially at night when you’re trying to sleep but you hear all the stomping. The bathroom’s also poorly designed that it always got flooded after showering because of how/where the shower head’s pointing.

Location is in a difficult spot to locate and pretty far away from attractions They made us pay a "city tax". Not what I expect and demanded it be in cash??? 6 euro per person per nighg cost us 72 euro. Good thing we had cash

Good location in terms of sightseeing and commuting - very close to Vatican City and train station. Good coffee. Competitive price. Unfortunately very loud because it is literally in the middle of a busy crossroads. You could also hear noises from the stairs and other rooms. Cleaning 6/10, ants in the room. Old and uncomfortable mattress, pillows and duvet. WiFi didn’t work for the entire first day of my stay.
