It was clean. Even tho the staying was very expensive, everyone was in additional charge. Stuff barely understood English. Doesn’t worth the money at all. Small rooms as well.

The staff incredibly knowledgeable friendly but professional. Every one of them Nagar, Millur, Gabriel, Giuseppe, Alessio, Sajeed, Alina, even the chef Juan It is truly exceptional group that made my stay so comfortable but truly unforgettable.

What did I like? it was in Rome? The totally dull uninspiring ground floor restaurant, get a professional in to give it some character!!

I got money stolen and the front desk lady gaslit me otherwise very good

The hotel was in a great, central location for sightseeing, whether walking to the historical buildings of interest, going on a tour bus, or by Uber, plenty of places to eat and drink, this included the hotel as well, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always a smile and a good morning. Despite turning the room temperature down it was quite warm in the rooms, this meant opening the window and the noise from the outside could be very loud, from car horns and police sirens, but that was due to the central location of the hotel in a busy city, so I coped with the noise, I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely use this hotel again ,but I'll take ear plugs.

I would like to thank reception staff Gabriel and his colleague at night shift, they were very nice and helpful when we them to change our rooms and also at night when we needed to go to hospital due to sickness of one of us . Thank you for having professional staff

Nice staff; good location; good quality breakfast I booked a room with "interior view", as it was cheaper; I thought "interior view" means some inner court- it was actually a ventilation shaft between the hotel and the next building; the views from this type of room is zero, unless you want to see the wall of the next building 2m away (see pictures attached)- felt more like a prison cell with almost no natural light then a hotel room; the hotel should be honest about the "interior view" and explain it properly to customers; I would have definitely booked a more expensive room if I knew what this one is - but I guess there are enough tourists to fool in Rome...

Great location, very clean and modern. Staff were excellent Big thank you to the hotel manager / director who helped us with everything we needed to ensure our stay was seamless and pleasant. Huge special thank you to Bea and her trainee Alllisia. We stayed 6 days at the Mecury in which they were very comfortable staff to be around as if they were family to us. Merry Christmas to all. The staff was incredibly welcoming . I had a problem on the forst day with the AC, it was fixed, and the manager kept asking me if im satisfied all the time.

Location excellent, very central. Director Mr Angelo was very helpful and supportive. He is adding so much value to the hotel. He is more than ready to sort out any issues and provided very good guidance for the city. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff in general were very helpful.
