Nearby metro station, many dining options nearby. Nice host. I had a room with shared bathroom. Bathroom was a bit unmaintained, dusty heating and other equipment wasnt clean recently. It would be better to wash the floors more often (one way to bathroom and foot were again dirty). The room equipment is "slightly" outdated.

It is located in an apartment building in a calm area close to Metro Station Monti Tiburtini - just about 15 min ride to Termini or two stations away from Tiburtina rail station with direct connection to Fiumicino Airport. Very friendly owner, clean basic lodging. Free water and coffee in the room, which also had a balcony.
