Convenient location to the Vatican and shopping. The host Susanna was exceptional in service and accommodation. Just a little difficult to find. We got lost the first day trying to find our way back.

Great communication with Susanna before the stay. She greeted us upon our arrival. Location was good, we enjoyed walking to our destinations. Room was comfortable and enough space for us and our children 20 and 18. Our room was near a restaurant a few floors down on the street. With the window open it was possible to hear trash and recycling being taken out around midnight. To a heavy sleeper (like me) not a problem but my husband is a light sleeper.

It is close to Vatican City and surrounded by excellent shopping and dining places. It is located on the third floor (via elevator) and seemed quite safe and private. The coffee machine produces superb coffee! It is very clean and well-maintained. Small refrigerator available in the room. Parking in Rome is a challenge on any day. The recommended parking garage was permanently closed and we had to drive around the area to find a parking garage and walk back to the property. Be prepared by looking online first (which I neglected to do!) Property is on the third floor and has a staircase and then an elevator. Not a big deal but be aware of this. Wi-Fi was a problem - wrong password?

Breakfast - we paid little higher price for this aoartment to have good breakfast prior to starting a long day at Rome, as everyone, just to be told we will be served "Italian breakfast " = 1 croissant and 1 coffee in a nearby cafeteria. Very dissapointing, misleading comunication when booking and not value for money.

Living spaces were nice. I was surprised by the big size. Susanna is a great hostess. Unmatched Location in Prati. Dust was all over the place since the first day. It caused us some allergy. Also, the a/c wasn’t working because it broke. It wasn’t Susanna’s fault and she did her best to fix it and even offered to switch us to another room. Nonetheless, Rome’s temperature was cool enough to not make it a huge deal

The stay was so good except the breakfast.It was too basic breakfast . It's not worth it to give an extra breakfast inc price for this stay. Otherwise it's a pretty good stay

Good location within wslking distance of everything plus near metro . Good sized room , quiet neighbouhood and good vslue gor money Little bit hard to find . Perhaps dome pointers before we arrive

Clean close enough to central Rome 30 min walk. Mattress was very uncomfortable

I absolutely loved everything about my stay, starting with the perfect location. The host was incredibly welcoming, the room was comfortable and well-kept, and the breakfast was exceptional. Every detail contributed to an amazing experience.
