Breakfast was good, but not perfect. Two years ago it was much better. Variety of food decreased. Quality of food decreased. The price $15 per person. The price of the hotel per night went up in 2 years

Very small double room. It is small even for one person.

Breakfast was amazing! The room was spacious enough for two people staying a few days. The bathroom was quite small, but the shower was a decent size. Perfect location for sightseeing. It was extremely hot in both the lobby and the room. The thermostat was blocked, so I had to ask the receptionist to lower the temperature. She seemed a bit annoyed by the request.

Double rooms are so small that is not even option for 2 person. Brekfast is very expensive!
-
Location is confusing on the map it shows very near the center while you have to go downstairs more than 100 steps to reach the center

We were well located for getting all around Rome on foot as well as next to the Metro. There were restaurants, shops and grocery down the street, and there was a museum with park like grounds across the street. I had asked for a room with a view and balcony if possible, and the hotel ensured we had a nice balcony. Everything was sparkling clean and maid service and its large fresh towels daily. The staff was wonderful, always friendly and helpful with the desk lady went out of her way to make our stay there comfortable. The breakfast was far beyond expectations with a wide selection of choice hot and cold and delicious pastries. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Al Manthia. No dislikes

Air Conditioner was good. Room and bathroom were clean. Overall comfortable. The entrance. Coming from US, it was awkward to carry luggage one flight down to the reception. A help should be provided to carry luggage given 4 star level.

Nice people, clean and nice property with perfect location

Shower didn't have a place to put the shower gel etc . Aircondition didn't work properly

Family room had tons of space and a lovely balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. It was very clean. The bathroom door does not lock and mattresses were hard which I understand some people prefer but for us it was very painful to sleep on.

Very welcoming staff Breakfast is good.

Excellent location - we walked everywhere! The room was clean and reasonably sized. Breakfast was not fresh, was disappointing. The hotel was overpriced for the quality and the reception staff were a little abrupt and information not correct. I think they overcharged the city tax as well - particularly when we stayed at other places and it was less. We didnt get the room we booked and the options to change to what we booked we would have probably have to miss a day of sight seeing.

Great location, our room was big comfortable and we also had a nice balcony. The staff were very friendly The Springs mattress was not that comfortable
-
Good location and nice room. Breakfast was exceptional! It was close to great restaurants and around ten minutes from the Spanish steps straight down the street. It was an odd configuration being the lobby was below street level. The hall and elevator areas wer were a bit cramped

Location in Rome was excellent and easy to get around and use metro. The room was not as advertised- junior suite photos show two different rooms. We were not happy.

Everything was amazing!! People working there were really really kind and helpfull. They helped us with all kinds of stuff every time, even at night. Room was big, clean and comfortable. With the emphasis on cleanliness, it was spotless every day. And the breakfast was delicious, with a lot of choice. And the location is great too, 10 minutes walk to Trevi fountain or Spanish stairs, very close to all kind of attractions. And 5 minutes walk to nearest metro station, which goes to the Vatican city. We will definitely go there again if we travel to Rome. Everything was perfect.
