The staff was very friendly and there is a elevator to the 5th floor. The AC doesn’t actually cool the room or blow. Pretty far from city center so average taxi was 22 euro. Beds are firm.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All of our expectations were met, and every inquiry we had was handled promptly and professionally. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. We also greatly appreciated the restaurant recommendation from the reception team; the food was absolutely delicious and became one of the highlights of our trip. The guesthouse is conveniently located within walking distance of the station. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. There was a staff who welcomed us and show the room. Provided water in the fridge water in the kitchen drinkable. Very near to Rome termini station. Safe police and military men are in the area so it’s safe. Near to grocery store CONRAD. Nice towels and fix bed everyday. They have laundry but no dryer only washing machine. Our first day, no hot water! We have scheduled we end up taking a cold shower although they fixed it at 6:30. Elevator not working upon report they fix it but we already climbed until 5flr with our groceries with bottled water.

Really liked the location. Place is really safe, didn't expect to be so near the embassies and other military related buildings so there were numerous security patrols around the neighbourhood. The apartment itself is well maintained, except that the front desk is empty. If there is any problem, the "front desk" is contactable via WhatsApp, thus it's actually really quiet as guests would be out for the day. The shared kitchen and washing machine is good for use. Really quiet and peaceful place to stay in. At least two supermarkets in the area, and some good restaurants nearby. About 10mins walking to Termini, and less than 5mins to Castro Pretorio Station (Line B). SIT bus from Airport stops near Termini. Staff is helpful but not friendly. Will be nice if the staff can say "Thanks" and "Goodbye, hope to see you again!" when we checked out, even if it's through messaging. :(

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean and the shower was big. It was difficult getting into the building because no one was at the front desk to let us in. A Good Samaritan called someone in another apartment and they rang the buzzer. Also, the elevator was stopped at different floors and we had to walk down 5 flights.

It had a foul smell, maybe some facility issue, but it was hard to use the restroom with the smell that was there.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms, effective air conditioning, and well-equipped shared kitchen. Communication via WhatsApp is prompt, and the staff exhibits friendliness and attentiveness. He personally greeted us at the main entrance, assisted with parking our vehicle, helped with luggage, and provided directions to the Termini train station. The area is safe, with embassies nearby, and offers easy access to public transport, and good restaurants. Just to highlight, the property is situated on the fifth floor of an Italian apartment building with elevator access. The elevator is notably compact and slow, which is characteristic of Roman buildings constructed prior to the integration of elevators.

I don't really know how to compare this rental with other places in Rome, but in my search I was looking for a clean, quite, comfortable place near the train station and this was the best deal. I have no complaints and I think this is the best place for the money. Angela (who overseas the rental) was very responsive to all requests and was exceptional in handling every need or question that arose. The elevator is really tiny and very slow, but I think this is typical for buildings in Rome built before elevators (which had to be added later).

Nice staff, very fast communication through whatsapp, even at later hours. Clean and has everything you can look for with a nice shared kitchen area.

Location very good; beds are comfortable; bathroom is big and clean; air conditioner works well; shared kitchen but no issue; wishing machine included helps a lot. Thank you. None.

The staff helpfull

We would like to mention charming Angela who served us from the reception to the leaving time in a most kind and effective way. It could be nice to have a cattle in the room, apart from the facilities in the shared kitchen.

This accommodation is located in a quiet, safe yet convenient community, with a walkable distance to the Termini station (About 10 mins).

Our plane arrived earlier, and we were allowed to check in at 10 am. I greatly appreciate it. The host is super friendly and resourceful. It might be slightly noisy in the morning — just a regular big-city noise.
