The room was modern with complementary croissant ? in the morning . Facilities we're excellent I would definitely stay there again

Nice apartment. A bag of croissants was left on our door each morning. Very nice touch. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Everything worked. The bathroom was a little small, but manageable.

The room was very clean, although it is relatively small, even for one person. The bathroom was also clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The shared kitchen and dining area were very useful, and I would also like to praise the breakfast arrangement: every morning, the hosts left fresh pastries outside the room, which was a nice touch. As for the location, it is close to the train station while being in a nicer and safer part of the area. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, and the neighborhood is very well connected by both metro and bus lines. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The location is unclear and difficult to access. There is extreme noise both in the morning and at night, making it hard to rest. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is also extremely cramped. Overall, it is definitely not worth the money paid

The people The location was decent but closer to a rougher area. I would still stay there again.

located near basilica di santa maria maggiore, regoli bakery and restaurants more or less a 15 minute walk from roma termini

The people and location

On the evening of checking in, the hotel relocated us to a different accommodation called Florians, claiming it was an upgrade. However, the new location was dirty, noisy, and clearly inferior to the property originally booked at Auditorium Mecenate. After lengthy discussions, the management remained uncooperative and agreed only to a 30% refund.

Easy to get to and very clean. Very small shower

the location We had an issue upon arrival because it seemed there was a problem with our reservation. They told us it had been duplicated, and their proposed solution was to send us to another place 20 minutes away by bus for one night, and then come back the next day. We did not accept, since moving around with luggage and losing valuable time that we could use to explore was not reasonable. When we informed them that we would cancel the reservation and look for another place nearby, they suddenly told us that a room had “just become available” and that we could stay there from day one.

The location The room where I was, was by the reception and because the walls and door were thin, i could hear the doors banging loudly and everyone walking and talking in the hallway.

Staff were nice idk Led us to a completely different building that wasn't even on the map and had to ask the staff multiple times where and how to get their until they finally sent the direct address to the place. Beds were awful, pillows were unbearable. Basically a community house turned into a hotel getting sold to people for 5x its deserving price.

An excellent stay. Clean rooms. Easily accessible.

Super friendly staff consistent follow up after check in

We took a train from the airport to Termini then walked about 1 km to the hotel. To go to Vatican, we took a metro from Vittorio Emanuele station to Ottaviano station. There are also bus options. * The staff was friendly. The room and the hotel itself were clean.

I wouldn’t change a thing!
-
That we didn't even get to stay the whole time because we had to catch our plane so early.

Very close to Roma Termini I love everything about this property

The property does not serve breakfast. However, they provide coffee- and tea-making equipment in the room, good coffee capsules and teabags. They leave a yogurt pot and a bottle of water in the mini-fridge and hang a fresh croissant every morning on your room door knob. The lady at the Reception is very nice and courteous. The room caterers are quite professional. The property is centrally located in Rome, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance; The property might consider providing breakfast. The single room is rather small.

The room was right on the entrance to the B&B and very noisy almost all night long. The coffee machine was broken and the bed really small and uncomfortable.
