Friendly host, nicely decorated apartment, convenient location close to the center and close to the metro, several nice restaurants and shops around. The apartment contains all facilities you need for a short stay. You are booking only a room and a private bathroom in the apartment of several rooms/bathrooms, which are booked by other people. A lack of privacy. It was noisy at night from the hectic street (a lot of traffic with alarms) and from other rooms.

Antonio is the most respectful host I ever dealt with, the place is super clean guys like a 5 star hotel, literally you can find anything you wish for in the are of the building transportation is so easy from the street metro station directly down of you a 1 minute walk, Antonio's sister is the most charming women with amazing heart and care, I highly recommend staying at this place.

Reaching it from the airport by shuttle bus (7€ per person, line 12 at the airport) and dropping off after 30 min+7 minutes walk to this appartment. Location is very close to the metro and bus and it's easy to use the metro line to reach both the Vatican or the Spanish Steps for example and a ticket is only 1.5 euros per trip. You can buy tickets at the machine from the metro entrance nearby. The room was spacious with all amenities in order, including a fridge to store food and a balcony, an AC etc. The host was very responsive and helpful, welcoming us and letting us know all the useful facts a first time tourist in Rome should know. The Italian breakfast was served with a voucher at the cafe downstairs which we really liked: coffe and a pastry of choice which was absolutely delicious and buttery! All in all it was a good choice given that the price was low enough for us in comparison with other expensive ones closer to the city center in October. 1. We had a private bathroom for our room, but it was at the end of the hallway and we had a separate key for it in a set of 5 we had to walk around with. Waking up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom was tiresome (unlock our room door, unlock the bathroom door, lock the bathroom door while using it, unlock, lock again since it had our personal belongings in it and eventually getting back to your room and lock again using the same set of 5 keys....). Not to mention we walked around Rome with it. 2. The walls or doors are thin and you can hear all the other guests or neighbours talking, or their TVs, or when they go to the bathroom as well through the same key process... 3. The appartment is facing the main street and you cannot keep the window open. However when closed, it is quiet enough to sleep. 4. We felt that the room was pretty hummid and dusty (lamps, tables, night stands) although it was tidy, but it wasn't as clean as we expected maybe.
