The room is spacious and very clean! The bed is large and very comfortable. The breakfast is really great and I suggest to take an option with it! The host (grandma) is a very cute person! You will get most for the price staying in a very convenient place in Rome. Nothing I can remember. Everything was great.

Room was clean and Totti was very helpful. Very comfortable stay!

The location, bang opposite the main line station. Really dirty, the smell of urine, as my 9yo said smells the same as visiting Granny's care home. Someone wrote that Mrs .Totti is a hoarder, the dining table was piled high of rubbish..a kettle that didn't work properly. The bathroom was broken and filthy, The moment she hears a noise, she comes out and has a conversation, coming into the room as and when she pleases. The first night..I couldn't sleep..the shutters was not shut and I hadn't realized the window was open..so I was cold and the noise, Seagulls squawking for bar food..then the chatter from the bar..then the bottle recycling van.. I think from 2am to 6am, I may have dropped off.. I was frantically searching for another place to stay.. unfortunately..no one got back to me, so we bought ear plugs the second night...much needed. Despite the dirty dusty broken place, the bed sheets were clean. We literally only came back to sleep, I boiled the kettle to throw within the shower cubicle, before I had a shower. She gives out a voucher to have breakfast at a nearby cafe, that was nice. It was for me and my 9yo, maybe because I speak a bit of Italian, she was nice and friendly, informative. Allowing us to leave our bags on the last day. It really is in poor condition, but yet she is always booked. The photos do not give it the real feel of dirt. She wired the lights..in a strange way, didn't look safe..the wall plug sockets at thick dust on everything..the remote controls felt disgusting. The bathroom taps..sprayed water in a heavily lime scaled way.. the toilet seat was broken.. the clean towels were clean but sooo old. She reminds me of a nonna.. The that really hasn't got a clue at how bad her place is. Take your own wall charger, the place is full of old extension leads. Ear plugs. Tea coffee.. wash everything before use. She had these creepy father Christmas piccies dotted around.. my daughter ask me to remove it..I just kept the curtain closed.

We had previously stayed here and because we were so pleased with the accomodation, we chose to return. Our hostess was kind and gracious, providing us all the comforts one might receive from a cherished family member. Our included breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe which was conveniently located. As well, our accomodation was a short walk to the nearby Rome Terminal. Everything was as described.

Casa Totti is very conveniently located a short five minute walk from the Roma Termini. Since we arrived early, the kind hostess allowed us to leave our luggage in our room. When we returned she gave us keys and instructions for access to the building, her accomodation and our spacious room. The room is well-appointed and the shared bathroom is only a short distance away. The next morning, our hostess escorted us to the café where our breakfast (included) was served. Imagine our surprise when we were *each* offered our choice of two beverages (including fresh orange juice !) and a warm beverage as well as two breakfast pastries ~ we thought we had hit the jackpot ! Though we are probably of the same age as our hostess, I felt as though we had met our Italian "Nonna" (Grandmother) at Casa Tutti. We look forward to returning on our next scheduled visit to Rome. Everything was as described so no surprise here ?

Good location for train station and restaurants. Mrs Totti was friendly enough. Smelled musty/dusty. Shared washroom was not well kept.
-
Its near in train station and have a cheaper room price for a night. Proper ventilation is not quite comfortable, and I wish the AC were free. Be prepared to have 6 euros cash to pay for the city tax.
-
It’s close to the train terminal. No fan, no remote for the AC, mosquitos, the breakfast was nice but we had to ask for the ticket the second day.
-
Perfect for someone who really only needs a room to sleep in & will be moving out & about throughout the day. It was a good central area near monuments & other points of interest that made travel, by walking or otherwise, very easy to many parts of Rome

The accommodation is ideally situated within walking distance of Rome Termini station, making it very convenient. The breakfast is a nice bonus- croissants, muffins, various breads, along with coffee and juice. Madam Totti is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Location was great, just about 5 minutes from the station Rome termini. The host is extraordinarily kind and friendly and I felt very welcome. It’s a private property what I liked as I travelled alone and knew that there is someone if I need something. It smelled of cats what I’m not used to so maybe it is just for me a bit distracting.

Excellent location, 5 minutes away from the train station. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. The landlady, Iginia, is extremely kind! We enjoyed our stay!
-
It would be perfekt if not too picky. Absolute perfect location free breakfast, and nice owner of course! A little bit noisy from street, but i guess it cannot be avoided if close to street

Everything was great and in order. The flat is old, but hey-ho, we are in Rome! :) Overall good thing, we had a room with bathroom, hot water, heating, everything was great for just sleeping over for 2 nights. Mrs. Totti is very kind, even though doesn't speak English, we managed to understand each other.
