Location i definitely the main positive aspect. The communication with the property via booking is also great. Value for money - too expensive for the price. Breakfast is extremely simple and basic. Dust was everywhere. The room was not clean enough.

Hello, I would like to report a serious issue with the apartment during our stay. The sewage system was blocked and dirty wastewater started coming up into the bathtub. Because of this we could not use the shower and we were even unable to flush the toilet. This created very uncomfortable and unsanitary conditions. I contacted the host immediately and informed him about the problem. However, he told me that the issue would only be fixed in the morning. Unfortunately we had to leave during the night, so the problem was never resolved. Because of this situation we were unable to properly use the bathroom facilities in the apartment. I have photos and videos showing the problem. I kindly request compensation or a partial refund for this stay, as the apartment conditions were not acceptable. Thank you for your assistance.

Personal thanks to Hussein amazing human being, very helpful and kind Apartment was clean, near to Vaticano, 7-8 min by walk . Near to metro station Ottaviano, just like 2 min by walk. The mirror is only in the bathroom

I like the location of the property. Staff was unprofessional, tried to talk but he kept watching videos, very unserious.

Good but not very clean

The location...is well served by public transport and walking distance to the Vatican city It was noisy, bed quite uncomfortable, room is tiny and breakfast basic. A/C did not work for three nights. Towels were changed only every second day and on request. We checked out early, after only four nights,out of desperation, even if we paid for the full one week stay.

The weather was beautiful when we arrived, and the owners were more than welcoming. We've thoroughly enjoyed listening to the beautiful language and exploring all there was to offer around Rome, from the ancient buildings to the beautiful alleys. The restaurants were amazing, and I'd definitely come back again. The only thing I'd change would be the AC in the room as it turned off a lot on its own and wasn't blowing enough cold air throughout the room which didn't help with the hot nights. Overall there isn't much to complain about and I'd recommend visiting.

მომეწონა: ადგილმდებარეობით არის ძალიან კარგი, ვატიკანთან 500-600 მეტრში, მეტრო-სადგურ otaviano-სთან 200 მეტრში, ახლოს არის რესტორნები, მაღაზიები, აფთიაქები. ღირსშესანიშნაობების ნაწილი ახლოსაა (მიხვალთ ფეხით). სისუფთავე დაცულია, დალაგებაც არ იგვიანებს. გათბობა-გაგრილება და ტელევიზორი არის და მუშაობს იდეალურად. არ მომეწონა: 1) ოთახში სააბაზანოს გარდა არსად არ არის სარკე, 2) საუზმე ძალიან მწირია და არ მომეწონა საკვები, 3) შეიქმნა წყლის პრობლემა, თუმცა განსაკუთრებული დისკომფორტი არ შექმნილა, 4) კარადა არის ძალიან მაღალი და ხელით ვერ წვდები, საჭიროა სპეციალური ჯოხის გამოყენება, 5) ოთახი პატარაა 6) სადარბაზო მეტნაკლებად მოსაწესრიგებელია, თუმცა სისუფთავე არის, 7) ხედები არ არის ქუჩის მხარეს, ფანჯარა იყურება მხოლოდ ეზოს მხარეს, თუმცა ეზოს ხედით ვერ მოიხიბლებით.
