B&B Hotel Roma Italia Viminale

Desk staff was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for local dining, museums, etc. Rooms were clean and had good water pressure and temp for showers. Neighborhood is close to local transit, and convenient to dining, laundry, groceries, etc. Highly recommend for first-timers to Rome.

The room was great & the clerk was extremely friendly & tolerant- for my red eye flight taking (30 hrs without sleep brain). Nothing it was great.

No place to hang towels in bathroom. No place to plug in shaver to shave in front of mirror. Cound use more electricity outlets. Bar of soap so tiny that we purchased our own from a Tigre market.

Serena the front desk clerk was the one saving grace of the place. She did her best to assist me every way she could. On the second morning it was just her, not only at the reception desk, but RUNNING THE BREAKFAST ROOM TOO! What kind of owners make someone do that? The poor girl, between checking people in, had to literally bus tables, wash dishes and make scrambled eggs! Needless to say, not that it was her fault, but the breakfast room was short on food and had tables uncleared. Almost no one in the hotel was having breakfast there, and the only reason I did was because I had paid for it the night before. If I were Serena I would have quit. My room looked nothing like the photos. Granted, I was a single traveler and had booked a single room, not the big doubles and triples that they show in the photos. But my room was a barren, cramped little jail cell of a room, with a bathroom to match. One thing I look for in hotels is some counter space to put my toiletries and this sink had zero. The TV had CNN but no other English-speaking channels. I prepaid for 4 nights (silly me!) but had to leave after two, despite getting not a penny refund. I found a much better hotel near the train station for the same price.

In the bathroom of the Economy Single Room there was a terrible smell. I had to keep the door closed...

Friendly and helpful staff! Everything was amazing. Perhaps a few more options for breakfast would've been nice, but not a negative in the least.

The location is great and the staff is lovely, friendly, welcoming, great reception and housekeeping staff.

Excellent Location, the staff was very kind and helpful. If you plan to visit Rome this is a good option, you can walk almost to all attractions, there are a lot of food options near to hotel. Breakfast is ok for the price. The space dedicated to have a breakfast, is a little small moreover when there are some many guests at the hotel.

The location was great, 14 minutes away by walk from Fontana di Trevi. The air conditioner wasn't working properly.
