We loved the ability to use a code to get in and out after hours. We also loved the free ability to stow our luggage in luggage lockers after we had checked out of our room One of our screens did not open which was dissapointing, but it was not too bad.

The location is not dangerous, but San Lorenzo is extremely grungy and very, very graffiti covered. At first it appears like a slum, but in actuality isn't nearly as bad as it appears. Also, there is a good supermarket a block and a half away.

Great location, outside the city center to be quiet, but right next to the train station with public transportation stops on the same block to get anywhere in the city. They were so kind and went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival. The surrounding neighborhoods has great food too! Would recommend to anyone going to Rome.

Overall the stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful I give a very big shout to Cristina and another guy ( can’t recall his name) both in the dining room, so welcoming and made me feel at home. Breakfast was average, on number of occasions, scrambled eggs were finished by 8:15am , again I suppose you have to be early in n such places but unfortunately I am not a morning person .The walls in my room were not good sound proof I could hear someone snoring next room and talking about noise on Saturday night I had a bad night there were people so noisy until 4am, couldn’t figure if it was within the building or outside. Apart from that I would recommend the hotel, so conveniently located close to Roma termini. Kind regards: Margaret Noise definitely is off putting but how much control do you have on that, that’s the question?

The location. I caught norovirus and had to stay in bed for several days. I asked the staff a couple of times if they could help me buy some healthy food and they were not helpful at all. They simply didn't offer any help.

The breakfast was kind of basic, but really good. The room was clean and, although not that spacious, very comfortable. The electrical switches were weirdly noisy, other than that nothing to complain about.
