It was close-by the train station Termini 8 minutes walking distance. The place is really clean and (spacious!) and the common area is clean with kitchen necessities if needed. The host was communicative and had early check in at 12:00PM. They also allow you to leave your luggage and bag drop, just ask. Communicate through WhatsApp :) The property is nice and the rooms were big with great city views but there was only a thin duvet cover. But overall it was a comfortable stay! Great for solo traveling or for group of 3 because there was an extra bed

Only thing was that new towels were provided. First of all, the staff's attitude is terrible. The details were not written, so when I asked, they said they were tired and did not help me. I told them many times that I could not make international calls, but they kept telling me to call them. Also, the key would not turn, there were almost no amenities, and no conditioner. WiFi was completely unusable. The toilet paper smelled bad. The room was not clean. It was the first time I had stayed in such a terrible hotel, even though I paid the price shown.

Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, the reality did not match the photos at all. The bed was old and poorly maintained, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The front door was inconvenient and hard to use, adding unnecessary frustration. Communication with the staff was also a challenge, as they spoke very little English. This was surprising and disappointing, especially considering that this is the capital and the accommodation caters to international tourists. Overall, I would not recommend this place to others based on my experience.

The room was very large, big space to fill though. Shower was broken, lights above the shower was broken. Bathroom very small. Didn’t have a homely feel. More of a place just to sleep than a place of comfort.

Location was close to many tourist attractions but the street was very unclean covered in graffiti and our initial reaction was we felt unsafe. When we arrived at the location we were waiting about 40 minutes until someone arrived to let us in. He quickly took payment for taxes and left before we could ask anything. Very basic accommodation and not like the photos at all. No tea coffee in rooms only in hall and we’re not restocked. We asked for an iron and was ignored. No fridge. The room was very cold and were only left very old itchy blankets. You can hear every little noise from the neighbours so couldn’t sleep.

Location was great. Close to the subway and walking distance to the coliseum, and some others sightseeing. The internet was a big disappointment. No stability, and very poor connection honestly.

A nice big room and the bathroom was very clean. Wifi didn’t connect in the room I was in ( No 3) , the view was a street not a city view , no breakfast offered .
