Cleanliness and location The main apartment door key did not work, we had to contact staff to let us in on every occasion which was annoying, however Sonia did respond asap on every occasion except one

Comoda la posizione, tutto a portata di mano. Ottimo per raggiungere l'Università Link. Nulla in particolare.

The room was of a good size and decor was given attention as well. Close to the Metro so good access to the centre. A bit far out so one depends on the Metro to visit anything anywhere.

It's close to the metro station and the station of the express bus to go to the airport. It has a basic kitchen. A bit far from the center, but as Rome gets crazy touristy for the same money it would be hard to get something more centric. The water didn't get out well in the shower.

Breakfast was only coffee and a sweet bun. No milk or cream for coffee for 2 day. I was a guest for 6 nights. Noisy room from thin walls of other guests and from street traffic and people. Ants on kitchen counter. Pipes banged loudly when toilets flushed and water run. No traditional living room space. People smoked and cooked food and odors came into my room. The cooking space was directly outside of my room. Refrigerator in my room smelled musky. Owner cleaned but made a loud noise. When refrigerator was unplugged, it dripped water. I couldn't sleep well with much noise. All the noise ruined my 1st trip to Rome. Owner is not on premise and resided half hour away. Difficult to find out how to enter because i did not have phine service. I had to go to numerous condos in the building to find help. A resident phoned the owener. This is not a typical B&B. The Living is a converted condo with four bedrooms with thin walls. Other surrounding condos with dogs barking, children running and screaming until 11:00pm and doors slamming. People locked themselves out of Living. They pounded on main entry and I had to unlock the door for them. The Living placed a damper on my visit to Rome because I was so tired from lack of sleep

Really close to the metro station. Landlord didn’t show up to give us the keys, so we waited more than one hour. The shower had no pressure and no hot water. Breakfast was really not it.

The appartment is located very close to metro, in the area there are shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, which makes it very comfy. The hot water took forever to warm up in the shower. But what made the stay more uncomfortable was the noise that happened form time to time in the bathroom both durung the day and during the night. It seemed like every time when someone (guests from other rooms) used water, I had to listen to the pump working or whatever it was.

Fresh, clean and nice room with a good bathroom, air condition and a very comfy bed. It was the Deluxe room and it was great. Location is good, where are mostly local people, many shops they like, quality food, and it's next to the metro and buses. If you don't want to stay right in the center, where the prices are much higher, this is a very good option.
