The location was very good. Easy to access from Roma Termini by foot and a close walk from many popular tourist locations. Person at reception was very helpful and the room had complimentary sparkling water (big +!). The room was a little bit dirtier than I would have hoped. Had some dark hair from other people on my table + paint was peeling off the walls in some places. The door of the room wasn't also very soundproof and I could hear doors closing and peoples conversations in the hallway quite well.

The receptionist on check-in day was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is average, but there are restaurants nearby.

We were cold and told the Reception but they said the heating was turned off in the hotel. They gave us an extra blanket for the night. It would have been nice to have been offered a heater, I have never been cold in a hotel before.

They asked my to pay 70 euros as city tax. Why they did this to me?

We weren’t allowed to check in early. This has changed from previous ownership. We would’ve liked to have paid a little extra for that service, if need be to not have to walk around from 7 AM to 3 PM exhausted from our plane ride. This will probably keep us from staying here again. Also, we did not realize that breakfast did not come with booking.com booking. This is perhaps our fault, but the pictures of the breakfast should be removed from the advertisement.

The rooms were too small.

Location is nice and safe, bed was big. This is in 0 ways a 4 star hotel. I am not saying the descriptions online are not accurate but it’s absurd to call this a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very outdated and incredibly dusty.
