The room needs some renovation: there's a fusion of modern light switches, sensor panels, and old dirty painting on the walls with cracks. The shower is not shielded enough, so all water goes on the floor.

    Helpful and friendly staff.

The design the interior and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Nothing

Furniture was very old and smelly and the pinnacle was that over night the bathroom was smelling like a latrine that was not cleaned in a while. There was a mini fridge with wine and .water but there was no piece list or qr code to lead me to one. Breakfast food as not great either.

Location was fantastic, close to the main train station and metro, made it super easy to get around. The room was plenty comfortable, adequately sized, comfortable enough bed (if you like a bed on the firmer side - it wasn't too firm though) and the balcony was an unexpected bonus. It was lovely to stand out on the balcony and watch the sunset between apertivo and dinner. The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned adequately every day. The lobby was a nice place to be, even if at closer inspection needed some TLC. Creaky floorboards and knicks and scrapes, very old furniture. Comfortable enough. Front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was easy. If you get the included breakfast it was adequate but not special, pretty much a continental buffet with scrambled eggs and bacon - typical budget to mid-range hotel quality. The in-room technology was non-existent, wi-fi was slow and spotty, the TV was ancient. TV was usable, but needs to be replaced. Wi-fi in my room at least was awful, I disconnected from it and used my cell data instead. The room was a bit beat up, definitely needs a fresh coat of paint and the furniture was desperately in need of some wood filler and new stain. The shower was small and had no door, so no matter what I did I got water all over the floor and the towel that you'd usually dry your feet on as you walk out of the shower was just soaked. The rooftop bar and bar in the lobby were on the expensive side, and the snacks for apertivo were lacking for the price of a drink (10 euro for a beer is a lot).

Clean. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Close to train and good restaurants

The rooms were very comfortable. The rain shower was nice as was the very good water pressure. The lobby and terrace bars were nice. The front desk staff was wonderful. The architecture and decor were great. Decor was great and well promoted, but not highlighted in practice (I.e., at breakfast it was over crowded and impossible to enjoy). The hand towels were the thin less than functional variety. The breakfast was ok, poor in quality in some items (minimal fruit choices, no plain yogurt, poor quality flavored yogurts, poor quality jellies, and horrible coffee machines), crowded, which, as a solo traveler, meant my table kept getting cleared. Visit the NH Deca. Most problematic was how some servers at the bar would tell guests that tips are not included or when asked to make change (e.g., break a 20 into a 10 and 2 5s) would want to only hand you 10 because they assumed the rest was a tip for them. Happened at the Mediterranean bar and the Bettoja restaurant. Enough to consider not staying ever again.

right across the street from the train station for easy transport within the city. also located within and 15-20 min walk of colloseum, shopping district, trevi fountain. large breakfast with variety of european options. room types on booking.com do not correlate with room types at the hotel. there is a large variety of rooms at this hotel as we were shown and offered many but none were similar to what booking.com lists at checkout. staff did an excellent job of working to meet our needs and offering us accommodations that suited as well but we were initially checked in for very different rooms than what was booked online.

Great location, It has a lovely and elegant traditional ambiance even so, the facilities are well-equipped The breakfast has a great selection but I'd love it if there had some salad greens or grilled vegetables Safety box has broken

The breakfast was quite disappointing. While I understand that sweet options are common in Italy, the overall quality was below expectations, and even the scrambled eggs were not good. The bathroom was another downside. The shower was very small and lacked a door or curtain, causing water to spread across the entire floor. In addition, no hand towels or face towels were provided.

This is truly a grand hotel! The staff were extremely professional, warm and inviting. We arrived before check in time but our room was ready plus they gave us an upgrade. The hotel is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect, literally a five minute walk from Roma Termini. We will definitely stay here if we are fortunate enough to visit Rome again. Nothing

I spent most of my time in Rome in an apartment, but decided to stay one more night. I chose what looked like a nice place near the train station because I was leaving by train at 7:00 am the next day. I arrived at 10:30 am, expecting to leave my bag and visit a museum and have lunch before checking in. I was very pleasantly surprised that an upgraded room was available right then. It was on the 9th floor, and I could see St. Peter's and the sunset from the room. I felt like I was in the lap of luxury at a very reasonable price. The room was large, and the lavish breakfast was served early enough for me to enjoy it before I left. Because of its location near Termini and all the buses, I would stay here again if I return to Rome.

In Rome, the evenings were as cold as 11 degrees Celsius during my stay, and the hotel didn't turn on the heating because they had switched to their summer air conditioning system. I arrived healthy but returned sick.
