Reserved for us every morning. The shower was small, but it seemed to be something usual.

Breaksfast. They didn't replace empty plates with fruits and the toaster was difficult to use. Also I didn"t like to see big green bags on the hallway, it was difficult to walk there.

There was a mechanical humming noise, but it was a bit like white noise that drowned out the street noise.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. We asked for directions for things and they were more than helpful with anything we needed. Their kindness made the hotel more enjoyable. Location was good Clean and cleaning staff was great! Didn’t hear too much noise from room. Unique building The older lady working the property gate was extremely rude. The first night we were trying to figure out how to find the place. As we were getting our bearings and looking on our phone, a man opened to door to his building and let us in. We were trying to get our internet to work to look for directions on where to go. Before we could find them, she was screaming at us and gesturing that we were stupid multiple times . It was a terrible first impression of Rome The shower was dangerous. Both my husband and I slipped in the shower. We had to put a towel down inside the shower. Shampoo was a combined body wash and it was terrible on my hair. The ac wasn’t working well until our last day. We asked for a fan, no fan. We complained about it leaking and the following day ( our last day) it was working great. It must have gotten fixed while we were out that day. The room had a strange smell every time I walked in. They tried to cover it up with oils, but it still had a weird smell.

Centrally located so everything was walkable. The staff was amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The free tours were great.

Everything was good. The staff are very gentle and the breakfast was good. At first the bathroom smell at pipi but we told the staff about this and they immediately solve it.

This place goes above and beyond for their guests. You will truly get luxury treatment here for a very reasonable price. I’ve never been treated with such care before and the staff made us feel so special every single step of the way. Anything that you need, they are there for. Always checking on you, greeting you every time you enter and exist. They are so friendly and accommodating. Wonderful place!! I literally have nothing bad to say!

We loved Hotel Galatea We stayed for 4 nights. Location was excellent. The room is pleasant, the bed comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the breakfast is very good. Staff were the best, so friendly and helpful and welcoming Helped us arrange and confirm a private drive to Rome airport during a General Strike Excellent coffee shop and restaurants nearby Hotel is within 10 to 15 minutes walk to Colosseum and the Forum

Cozy, beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. Staff was very friendly, the atmosphere and interior of the hotel was really nice, looked like it was newly renovated. Easily accessible, very good neighborhood and many amnesties around. Both Trevi and Coliseum are just couple of minutes away to walk. Wifi was very weak even in the lobby of the hotel but from the room it was literally not accessible, so i had to use my mobile internet for the entire stay. Overall i'm still happy as the location was top and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
