Easy, comfortable, quick responses

Location location location The shower in our room was very small.

Although it is very close to all main attractions in Rome, it's located on a quieter street, away from the heavy traffic and crowds. It is very central yet peaceful at the same time. The room and facilities were spotless and everything is well maintained. Communication with the staff was smooth and efficient, and the (self) check-in process quick and easy. By far the best place I stayed in Rome.

I like the proximity to the Vatican. I like the friendly staff. I like the complimentary drinks. Elevator is not at the ground floor so difficult if you have heavy suitcases. Front desk is not 24 hours.

The staff is very responsive and kind. The bathroom is clean and decent. Didn’t hear any noises during the night. Nothing.

The property was conveniently located for my needs, it’s about 25-30 min away from Piazza di Spagna. There are different commodities around the hotel, like il Gianfornio, Castroni where you can get a typical and authentic Italian experience. There’s an elevator in the building and the room is spacious, very nicely decorated and super comfortable.

While the bathroom is on the smaller side, the hotel does provide good-quality toiletries.

The Property/Hotel is located in a residential building 3rd floor. The Property was improved with very good taste and modern decoration. We were 3 in the room and the room was reasonable. All the communication was via WhatApp with good communication, and you will need a unique CODE to get into the main entrance of the building, the Property in 3rd Floor and room which is good for security purposes. If you want to stay close to the Vatican area this Property is a good alternative which is close to restaurants and little supermarkets. The bathroom is small and the A/C turn On and Off when the room get to the set up temperature.

Great location. Property nicely designed. Everything was new. Clean. Would be great to have a place/lockers to store safely luggage before checking-in or after checkout. Walls are pretty thin, gets very noisy when guests or staff are in lobby.

Exceptional

The room was immaculate and very comfortable to stay. Also the complimentary drinks were really helpful. the water sink and the tap had wrong positions so the water fell on the part of the sink that was not supposed to. It is not manned 24 hours so sometimes hard to get some services, such as borrowing a dryer.

Nice interior Comfortable bed Good location Clean This place is not a normal hotel, it is a sort of apartment that was divided and serves as a hotel. The room was very inconveniently designed. There was absolutely no room for clothing as all cabinets were filled with duvets which was quite annoying. There was also no space to put your belongings should you wish to unpack yourself (even for small items). The most annoying part was the bathroom. For a woman it was quite tiring to do a make up or hair as there is no space to keep your things. Even cleaning teeth was challenging as the sink was wrongly designed so every time you use it the water splashes all over the bathroom. Overall we expected more for the price tag.
