The host was nice and the location was superior

Location First, when we arrived in the room, there was a lot of dust and we didn't feel comfortable because of that. Second, the windows in the room were very old and we could hear people walking by all night and we didn't have a chance to sleep well. Finally, in the evening I contacted someone from the staff and told them that there was no hot water in the bathroom, they suggested I write to booking.com about this complaint. Still, we didn't get any service.

Location is awsome and close to all attractions. Horrible service. NOT recommended. There is too much noise outside, though out the night. Hot water was not available all the time. AC did not work as the room was very warm, and opening the window was not an option since there are so many restaurants outside with their tables outside right under the window. None of my requests for hot water or AC repair was not responded to.

Location We arrived at around 11 pm and there was no hot water and also a problem with the AC, we called the guy who gave us the keys and he said that it is not his responsibility, we should call the host, who didn’t answer.

Excellent location 100% steps away from the beautiful Trevi fountain, many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We had no hot water or clean towels after the first night.

Location was great. You can walk outside and Chianti is a great restaurant right there ( it’s by a super heavy touristy area but this place is awesome). It does get loud till around 3am ish people partying right outside but I kind of like some background noise so it didn’t bother me. It’s great to walk around the corner to look at the Trevi fountain at night . Place was clean and the staff I saw once was nice. Ok luxury is over selling it. There’s no working elevator you can use so if you have a lot of stuff, it’s tough. Also a car can’t drop you at the door since it’s down a tiny ally, so if you have suitcases, it’s tough to roll on the rough cobblestone roads. I only saw a staff person once when he gave me the keys. The shower was super difficult to figure out and I had to ask via what’s app to have them help me figure it out since nobody answered. The AC was working good and then it just stopped. It stopped working so it got hot AF. Again, nobody to help you. The bed is extra firm . Too hard for my body. I don’t think it’s worth the money. The place looks bigger in the pictures. I hate saying anything bad but I need other people to know the truth

Perfect location 1 min walking distance from the Trevi Fountain. 15-20 minutes walking distance to main attractions or metro station. Clean and tidy, room with kettle, coffee machine and small fridge.

For breakfast, you can enjoy croissants, orange juice and coffee options at the cafe below. Very good. It is very noisy at night because it is right next to the Fountain di Trevi. But despite this, it is worth it for its location. We were not disturbed.

The room is very small and is only designed for 2 people. When booking, they said 4 people were staying. Untidy bathroom. The shower and faucet in the bathroom are damaged. location is fantastic cousin accommodate me when I had a missed flight and paid for the night upfront. lost the money for the night I missed. I understand it wasn't the hotels fault. but other than that the stay was excellent

The location was very good. Where shall I start?!!! The host failed to provide direct information regarding how to arrive at the their location from the airport. For foreign tourists this place is not easy to find. The host exhibited little pleasantries. He was explicit to the point of seeming rude. The room was minuscule. There were few outlets to recharge devices also. The shower was like fine droplets so rather unpleasant. We arrived in winter when the price was cheaper… thank god!
