Fanatic hotel! Thx to Carlos and the other staff members all went smooth

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with their tips. The hotel itself is small and cozy. As many places in Europe, you have to climb a few steps and amenities like elevators etc are a bit small compared to American standards. But all this adds to the charm of Europe. There are several really nice eating options within a 2-5 min walk and one right across the street. We even found a very friendly laundry nearby, having already spent a week in Europe before coming here, that was much needed stop for us. From an accessibility point of view, it may be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues to navigate the steps. Otherwise nothing much to complain about

The staff was amazing, i was traveling solo and they made me feel very comfortable. Helpful acquiring a taxi, giving me dorections. Just a very personable staff. The little touches, like an apple and chocolate and water were provided each day and end of the atay a bag of pasta was left on my bed I didnt enjoy the cleaning staff closet over spilling into rhe hall way. It was like road construction. BUT the room was cleaned beautifully,

Fantastic location, very good rooms

I can easily rate the Fiume Hotel 100/10. It was pure luck finding this hotel after a terrible (!!!) experience with an Airbnb. It was impossible to stay in dirty Airbnb and we had to search for a new place very late at night. When we arrived at Fiume Hotel very late at night we were welcomed with open arms and empathy from Signora at the reception. We are especially grateful to Carlos at the reception, who truly saved us and arranged for us the possibility to stay for the rest of the 10-day trip. The hotel is amazing. It is located on a quiet, cute and safe street/area. It is really spotless clean (cleaning every day, clean towels, they also leave a bottle of water), comfortable beds, delicious breakfast (and coffee!) and it’s so quiet. The AC is working without any problems. It’s so very rare to have all that in Rome. What is also amazing is all the staff - so very nice and caring. They even remembered about my birthday (thank you for the cupcake with the candle!), which made this day even more special in Rome. Again, thank you so much Carlos for being our angel, erasing all our horrible experience with Airbnb and turning our stay in Rome into a pure pleasure. I’ll definitely stay here on my next trips, I know I have a safe, comfortable place to stay in my favourite city. The staff were amazing, nice and helpful. Generally great spot, very close to the center but not in the overwhelmingly over crowded areas. The hotel is really nice and in a beautiful classic building, breakfast was also great.

Such a great location with easy access to transportation to the main square. The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Thank you to Carlos and the team, they made the stay so wonderful. I highly recommend C-Hotels Fiume!

Cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent location close to metro and bus stop

Spacious , clean room + small balcony (excellent towel heating spiral for hand drying) A 25-minute walk from the tourist center. On a quiet street in an area where Roman Italians live. There are restaurants, a big park and more. We asked for a specific room and got it, the stuff there is the most amazing staff in Rome. We also got complementary water bottles, apples and chocolates. We felt like at home
