The hotel is very modern and comfortable and in a great location for exploring Rome. Staff were welcoming and helpful. They even upgraded some of our rooms in order for our large party to be on the same floor. We were there for a quick stay but wish we could have stayed longer!

We were close enough to the train station to easily travel in and out but not in the very busy area right at the station. Great unexpected view from our room of Roman ruins! Great first night in Rome after a long day of traveling. Clean and modern room with attentive front desk. Felt safe and comfortable.

Nice balcony. The room was very clean. 3 min walk away from Rome train terminal. We were lucky enough to check-in early. Everything was as described. Staff were very friendly. 2 free large bottles of water.
-
Proximity to Rome Train station and restaurants. Some of the hotel front desk staff are impolite.

Nothing Poor cleanness, no room service. when we asked the reception for tissue, they said we have only the one on the reception ( opened).

This was our last night in Rome before leaving to (unfortunately) come home. We were getting to the airport by train and, although we did not want to stay right near Termini, we did want to be within walking or short taxi distance from it. This hotel fit the bill. We decided to walk with one large checked bag, 2 carryons and 2 backpacks and we had no problem. It took about 10 minutes (we are seniors). The staff here are marvelous, so friendly and helpful. La Famiglia Ristorante is right around the corner as well as a bus stop. The price was right, I guess, for mid May in Rome. the space between the desk chair and the tv was very narrow and presented a head bump issue

The AC is not turned on yet in end of April, the rooms is hot

We had a great stay. The suite was clean and comfortable with a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. We really appreciated the early check-in. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Rome Termini with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Clean, nice, roomy, and comfortable
-
Accommodating staff at a very neat, clean hotel convenient to the train station.
-
Variety of breakfast options were limited at the hotel buffet but many cafeterias are nearby.
-
The mattress is to firm, but overall it was not a big problem.

Clean rooms and friendly staff! Great location!

Close to Central Terminal, Metro and Bus Stop. Very quite at night.

- Very good location - Modern and well kept hotel - Room has everything you need - Friendly staff. Gave us recommendations, saved us an umbrella when it got rainy, offered their help with a couple of things, etc. - We were well aware of the room's size when we booked, but when you (as a couple) arrive with 3 suitcases and 2 backpacks it hits you differently. But this is Italy and apparently it's the standard. - Since we stayed mid-October, the temperature began dropping, specially at night. The air conditioning system was difficult to control on our own. When the outside is colder than the inside of the room, the A/C fails to cool as it should. We slept with open windows for the most part.

Everything! the facilities are new, the staff is super nice and helpful. Waiting for the next time. Nothing

Our window view was excellent ?

The hotel and room was very clean, very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was excellent. There was a fridge in the room. We stayed in room 506 and this has an excellent balcony with a dual aspect view over the surrounding roof tops and the Chiostro di Michelangelo. There is a kettle, tea and coffee but no milk. There was water in the fridge and a safe. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Location wise, yes it's close to Termini but it's a distance from any of the areas of interest, i.e. too far to walk, so we needed bus or metro to get around, via Termini. Some better research on my part would have identified this, so that's not the fault of the hotel. The room itself was very basic and small. There were two small steel frames for hanging. There are no drawers or even shelves for storing clothes. Overall, I would have preferred something a little bit more homely and a little more spacious, not even luxurious, i.e. just wardrobe(s), drawers, shelving. For one night it would not have been a problem but four nights was a challenge.
