Excellent location, very close to the Vatican (walking distance). Bus stop is nearby for the access for the rest of the city. Spacious apartment if you're travelling with the bigger group.

The proximity to the bus line and St. Peter is exceptional. It is quiet, same and beautiful. There is a little market past the bus stop that is really convenient as well as a wine shop. There is a water spigot on the walk to St. Peter's to fill your water bottle or just splash some water on your face to cool down. The walk over the train track coming out of the Vatican is clean and quaint. The older gentleman who showed us the room was kind and helpful. We are low maintenance and didn't need anything other than to store our bags prior to departure, but he was very accommodating. The space is sufficiently large and the sofa beds are very good (especially for children). Having multiple showers and bathrooms is a big plus. The kitchen in the larger apartment is fine for making a meal from the apartment, but it would be difficult to do so in the smaller apartment. It is not worth nitpicking the rental, some might find it lacking amenities, but we just don't need much and the freezer, actually freezing water into ice was a big hit for us Americans.

The water pressure was good and it was relatively clean, just a little dusty. The cleaning staff was very helpful and cordial. The a/c in the rooms was good. The property was not very good. The toilets would not flush very well and the shower head cap was broken so it would spray water everywhere, it was functional but very inconvenient. The showers were very small, similar to those on cruise ships. The staff was not ready for our arrival even though they confirmed our check in time several days prior to arrival. There were no extra towels on the premises that we were aware of, however, we didn’t ask the owners either. Water from the bathroom would seep through the wall into the next room if some splashed out of the shower. The location is not very good unless your plan is to only visit the Vatican.

Very close to Vatican Museum and Saint Peter’s square, like 10-15 min walking. Poor cleaning. Dirty couch cover, dirty table cloth, dirty carpet in living room, dirty curtains. Fortunately, the towels and the bed sheets were clean.

Beautiful apartment - looks like the photos! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - so much room for family! Showers were amazing - great water pressure! Responsive and helpful host for all our needs! We had no problem walking everywhere, but keep in mind the location is at least a 10-15 minute walk from cafes and restaurants.

A beautiful apartment in a great location! Good communication. Parking, only street parking was available and the spots were very scarce and tight. We didn't move the car the whole time we were there, and walked everywhere.

Silent neighbourhood. Good equipments, helpful service. A bit far from center.

Spacious apartment with good warm water and clean Kitchen very basic

Comfortable apartment especially since we spent 10 days and we required some space. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which made it comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent and when we had issues she helped us immediately. It is walking distance from Vatican which was our main go-to location. Nothing.

Spacefull apartment, well furnitured, clean. Have quite big living room where we could (3couples) spend time together, discuss till the late night. 2 rooms had separate bathrooms, one bathroom was "common" I can really recomend this flat for example for 3 copuples or for family with kids, 3 separate comfortable bedrooms. Honestly the apartment was quite good, there were only one small inconvienience, one bedroom did not have own air condition, which with very hot weather was not comfortable for one couple. They needed to have door open to let in some air from the living room, but it was not much efficient.. other that that it was really good apartment really worth every penny :)

We loved everything about this property. The location was fantastic, right by a major bus route, and the apartment is gorgeous, full of cute art and antique furniture, and very clean. I am a very difficult sleeper and the apartment was very quiet with very comfortable beds; I slept very well!! A few more essential kitchen items could have been helpful, maybe a tea kettle and sharper knives, and the beds could use a few extra pillows.

Very nice accommodations within easy walking distance of Vatican City. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and was gracious enough to help us get a lost piece of luggage delivered from the airport.

Location, space, price and friendly service. More communication on check out; wanted to check out earlier and host representative did not show up at agreed time. Could have been cleaner according to the women in my family. Personally, I thought it was clean enough.

Location is an 8 minute walk to the Vatican. Very nice place. Beds could use some mattress toppers.

The furnishing and decor was ideal. The location and proximity to Vatican and bus and metro stops. Property owner was very responsive. Additional cooking utensils such as spatulas and serving spoons would be a great addition.

The only thing that was really positive was the location near the Vatican. Read below for the Negatives! Das Einzige was wirklich gut war, ist die Lage: nur ca. 10min zu Fuss bis zum Vatikan. Lesen Sie bitte auch genau, was nicht in Ordnung war! The apartment is too expensive for what it is: - The guy who had "welcomed" us was rather unfriendly. A conversation in English was only possible on a poor level. After 2 minutes showing us the apartment, he disappeared without explaining anything e.g. where's the next shop or supermarket, metro, bus. On our departure, nobody was showing up. - The apartment itself smells old. Against this, this guy must have sprayed something citric into each room right before our arrival. Disgustingly, as we all mentioned. - The was no breakfast available as shown in the description. - The rooms seems not to be cleaned well for a longer time: dust everywhere. Never look under the beds!!! Und one bed I found underwear and other belongings from somebody else ... and dust, dust, dust. - The kitchen is greasy, sticky. Rests of bread from a bad working toaster from a former guest. The dishwasher wasn't working very well: I had to clean him by myself for a better working. The cheapest cutlery you can imaging was provided. Half defective corkscrews also. You wouldn't be able to prepare a serious meal with. I could write much more... One bathroom of 3 is not in the bedroom but on the floor with a not good working sliding door. Very very small. The shower itself is old, temperature of the water was always changing. Spots of shower gel from a former guest everywhere. Hair in the sink!! - A long walk to the next supermarket, the Metro, ...rather complicated. .... You, yes YOU...deserve a better accomodation for your money!
