The hotel is located away from the main tourist crowds, yet it remains very convenient with cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. It is well-connected to the city via two subway lines, allowing for a peaceful stay outside the hustle and bustle without sacrificing accessibility. Equiped with centralized Air-Conditioner which is a life saver during summer months.

The room is very comfortable and clean, and the staff make you feel extremely welcome. There is tea available in the room, a welcome drink, and a very delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it. It’s about half an hour from the city’s historic center. This wasn’t really a problem, as there is a metro station nearby and the neighborhood has fewer tourists and more locals. That turned out to be a very enjoyable experience as well.

The staff was very pleasant, and the location is good. The bed is small, and the breakfast is poor. There was no tea or coffee in the room, which would not have been a problem since we brought our own, but there was not even a kettle. The minibar contained only water. The bathroom especially disappointed me. It was designed for people with disabilities, similar to those in nursing homes. There was a shower but no shower cabin, so water splashed all over the bathroom every time we showered. After each shower, we had to wipe the floor ourselves. Fortunately, there was equipment provided for pushing and cleaning the water away, I will upload a picture. On the first night, there was no shampoo or shower gel, although this was fixed the next day. The elevator works with a key card, but we only had one card. So if my girlfriend left first, I could not use the elevator

We were on 6th floor and in the evenings and early mornings there was noise from chairs/tables being moved in 7th floor because there apparently was no rug or padding on the feet of the chairs Also, there was a loud party on the 7th floor restaurant one evening, which was not really appropriate for quiet for those on 6th floor.

The facility was clean and comfortable

The breakfast area was rather small, not much to choose from, and dinner was a FIXED menu each night, you didnt really get to choose what you ate?

Impressively equipped, huge and clean fitness facility, although you will need to buy a daily pass which is not included in the room rate. Overall, great value for money though. Breakfast was rather poor.

The staff is incredibly warm and attentive, the place is amazing. These days were truly unforgettable❤️❤️

The double beds are too narrow for 2 adults to feel comfortable. Also there are no rooms with 2 single beds

No room service No bottle opener and the restaurant's kitchen closes at 9 pm Electricity went off for 3 hours in one of the nights

I liked that the room was big and comfortable The breakfast was nice you need to pay for some stuff and the buffet is a little bit like make your own sandwich the breakfast was: Cornflakes Small not fresh croissants Bread Butter and ect
