Esposizione Palace Hotel

Hotel and room were very clean. Good size room, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Location was absolutely amazing close to everything. It took us about 15 to the coliseum, 15 minutes from the train station. If ever back in Rome will definitely stay here again

The elevator is tiny. We sent our bags separately and took the stairs.

The elevator was so small our carry on bags had to be brought up separately.

Ac could have been cooler, common lounge area very disheveled

A comfortable and private hotel in town on the edge of Bolzano's business district, across the street from the South Tyrol Archeological Museum. Hotel is on upper floors of the building, but there is an elevator, and the views look right out over houses and gardens to the mountains. Easy bus service to the train station, or a pleasant walk through town squares and parks.

The room we had was so small we didn’t have anywhere to put our luggage. We asked for an upgrade and for a room slightly larger which they accommodated no problem. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our hotel room window opened to a small boxed in area that has wallpaper of a garden walkway and a small fake succulent garden to give you the feeling you are looking outside. To the right we could see the boiler unit and hear the people talking in the next room. I’ve never seen that in my life and it was laughable. We couldn’t tell if it was day or night! The elevator is so small it holds only 2 people. We had to go one at a time with our luggage. And it takes forever to come!

The location Very basic room, dark, not ventilated, window facing a building in an enclosed space, Constant smell of toilet spray ,low-level shower.

We were clean and safe. Elevator was a pain. No where for luggage but on the floor at your feet. Bathroom had no shelf for anything. Bathroom small. No where to put toiletries. WiFi was weak.

Friendly staff that was very helpful. Maps and route suggestions for various sites from the hotel. Very helpful! Texted us when our room was ready and stored our luggage prior to this. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioner. Espresso machine. Bidet and good shower. Close to public transport. A little complex with many office/apartments or hotels in the same building; different codes and floors for lounge, reception and our room. Manageable, however, just takes a sec to figure it out. We had a balcony - it was tiny and faced the industrial like area of the center of the building, and our hotel neighbor's window opened over the patio table - kinda shocked us all the first time! So patio not really worth the extra $$.

We changed rooms three times Wifi didn't work in one room The bed I next room was a twin The third room. Finally queen bed and wifi that worked but not at the hotel we had the reservation

They gave me a great room, with balcony The location is great , Rome is a waking city and this hotel is in the middle of everything , also around you find a lot a very good clothing stores, good restaurants and great coffee places

The hotel hallways and room were exceptionally clean! The staff went above any expectations to help us as we are seniors with mobility issues and use a walked. A simple breakfast on site would have been nice, but recommendations for restaurants only a block away.

Location was good . Room was spotless cleaned every day Got change of bed sheets after 2 days Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would of liked breakfast,

Very clean and easy to find .. also strategic walking distance away to Roma Termini. The kettle was not working and no bottle water given as complimentary though the front guy was so nice enough to give one bottle that was in the fridge free of charge…

The hotel is very well located, you can walk to all the touristic places or take a bus in front of the hotel. I need to thank Rogel an amazing staff that is very kind and wanted to know how was our stay, he provided his personal charger and told us all about the hotel facilities, definetely a plus being so welcome in a hotel, you need to value those employee. The only problem is that if you are checking in late a night (we checked in around 23h) the main door is closed and you need a pin to get in, but only later i discovered that the hotel sent us the pin the same day of our arrival around 22h, so if you dont have battery and internet, you wont get the pin!! Luckely the taxi driver called reception for us and they gave the pin, but it would be better to get this at least 24h prior to the check in or at least tell us that a pin will be sent, so we can be aware.

Only the location So many things They barely clean the rooms Nobody is available to help with the luggage however we asked about that and they confirmed that there is help When we arrived they told us they will transfer us to another hotel in the 5th floor because the hotel we booked will be under renovation and when we refused they gave us terrible room with no hot water in the bathroom which made us asking for upgrade and we had to pay extra money It was very unpleasant experience staff also were very unprofessional they never reply our calls before 10 am however it is written that they are available 24 hours

LOTSS of stairs and the lift is a bit old, takes quite long and is extremely small
