Good location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Small room for 2 people with barely any space to open up suitcases. Also, the room air conditioning did not work well. We had it on as high as it could go and we still woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot.
-
Location and breakfast Room, disturbance caused by the noise of the bathroom exhaust fan, unable to control, especially during the night.

Review: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The hotel is very clean, safe for families, and in a great location close to markets and the terminal station. The rooms were cleaned very well, the beds were comfortable, the windows kept the room quiet, and the air conditioning was cool. A special thank you to the staff for their excellent service, especially at breakfast, for welcoming us so warmly, and for the thoughtful details like providing water and making sure everything in the room was okay. We would especially like to recognize Stefan, Guisipe, Christina, Sulte, and Valerio for making our stay even better. Highly recommended for families visiting Rome.

Everything Nothing

It was within close proximity to the train station. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast on the rooftop was in a beautiful space and the food was perfect to start the day. Highly recommend! Couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff was nice, although a little overwhelmed by the amount of people checking in at the same time. The room was nice except that it had a very dated look with almost lime green paint on the walls. Our room had a full/double bed as well as a twin tucked in the corner. So it was a strange layout. Also it was pretty easy to hear people walking in the hall outside the room so the soundproofing could be better.

cleanliness and location. Nothing.

There was not internet

You can hear people in the other rooms close to your one

Good location, great staff (very kind, friendly, and helpful), good breakfast with a lovely view, super comfy bed, excellent water pressure in shower.
-
Price was high.

The room was old and the tv too. There was a weird smell in the bed and the sheets were worse than hospital sheets. The breakfast wasn’t good at all either

Breakfast was great for continental with a large variety of hot & cold foods. The staff was super accommodating by allowing us to store our luggage before & after check-in/checkout. The location was outstanding with plenty of restaurants & stores within a couple blocks, and only 2 blocks from Termini Station for efficient travel to & from the airport. Room and shower were small but comfortable. Square feet are valuable in Rome so it was understandable.
-
excellent location and close to train station and the city. Also, close to Trastevere
