Service desk was very helpful and great location at the heart of Rome
-
Old building, with stairs before the elevator which is hard if you have a baby stroller. Also a lot of noise at night from the street

I entered guests information correctly when booking but price was only for 2 adults and had to pay an additional 400 euros. Had I had known this I probably would have selected a different hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Rome. All the major tourist attractions are close to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to the location of the room, it was very noisy and disturbing on the first night. The staff upgraded our room to a larger one on the third floor free of charge and the problem was solved. Thanks greatly?

The hotel is located in the Historic Center of Rome, which makes it incredibly convenient. Most of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, so we were able to explore the city easily on foot. The cleanliness was also outstanding. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned thoroughly every day. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. Regarding the staff, Manisha was always kind and helpful to us!

The location was great! The room was very basic One of the beds was uncomfortable The closet was too small, for 3 people No trash cans in the room Just in the bathroom The service was very good and very clean.

Great location! In the center of everything, a walking distance from all attractions which was a crucial part of our choice. Room was very good, specious, big, great AC, noise isolated. Also there's a supermarket right next to the entrance. The staff was kind, positive, welcoming and paid attention to our needs when we needed. he WiFi was off from time to time, hot water at the shower was a bit problematic but the staff took care of all when we needed.

I can't say as we didn't stay at the G55. Would have liked to as it appeared to be more our style. We did not stay at the G55 Hotel due to plumbing issues. They put us in their sister hotel, Nomos. We were not thrilled with the semi-modern yet mosque style amenities. Everything was stone and although I like travertine, it was a bit overkill, especially when needing to use the water closet in the middle of the night.

Location was great! Room was large and clean Sign could have been bigger so our driver and us could have seen easier.
-
The elevator does not go all the way to ground floor so its a bit challenge if you have a lot of heavy luggage.
-
It was a great spot, very artistic design and eco friendly. Although it was only for one night, it was enough to see the accessibility to famous spots in Italy. We enjoyed it very much. There is an elevator that I would have loved to use due to luggage but it was a old style elevator which I sadly did not understand.

Beautiful ? Beautiful room.

The hotel was a great location! Walking distance to most attractions. Rooms were a good size and clean. It was a no frills type of hotel but as I mentioned very clean and the location was very convenient. We were on the first floor and the noise from the streets was definitely an issue but not one that kept me up all night. I would stay here again1

The location, less than a 20 minute walk from most of the popular must see locations in the city. The ancient elevator. Very scary each time we used it.
-
We never actually got to see the hotel. Upon arrival there were a ton of stairs leading to the elevator. I spoke to the hotel clerk and she graciously got us a room at another hotel. This was not ideal for mobility impaired individuals,

central locale; beautiful street scene from window. this is not a conventional hotel, but rather a collection of rooms on the third floor of a seemingly empty office building. due to a flight delay, I arrived after 10pm and arrangements had to be made for somebody to literally drive down to the hotel and unlock the outer door so that I could get to my room. the room itself, though clean and tidy, was very small. in the end, my experience wasn't a bad one, but don't expect a traditional hotel.

This is an excellent location within walking distance of many of the main attractions of the city. The facility was very safe and secure, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags, which were then placed in our room when it was ready. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The only real issue we had the entire time was that the AC wasn’t working when we got there, but since it was October when we were there, we were able to leave the windows open that night and stay plenty cool, and the AC was repaired the next day.

Very noisy with street traffic all day & night.

We were actually moved to a sister hotel (Trame) because G55 had an issue. We were informed 24hrs in advance that we were moved so we could go straight to the other hotel - it was seamless. This review is more on Trame than it is on G55. Hotel Trame is awesome - it’s a new hotel, the room was new, clean, efficient, the staff very helpful and nice (all of them, but especially Chiara at the front desk) and the location was great. It close to a night club so lots of noise in the night when people were leaving the club but we are sound sleepers so it was not so much of an issue for us. Also probably depends on where the room is facing.

Proximity to everything was very close. Easy walking distance to most sites of the city. Room was much smaller than anticipated. Only one chair with small table in the corner, or sit on the bet. Shower wash room was too small for 2 people to share. No staff on site except to meet you for check-in.
