The lift is a bit old, (so personally we just used the stairs) The walls are a bit thin and I could hear the other guests' noises from the bathroom but actually it was not uncomfortable, You get used to it.

The location was excellent . walking distance to many shops and restaurants . we walked to some of the attractions . We enjoyed the hotel. It was a nice place to stay . Not upscale but great for us traveling as a large family.

Great location, very safe. Super clean. If you have time after your check out, they can keep your luggage; there is as well lounge where you can change and refresh- very useful. Rooms are a bit noisy- it wasn’t full while I was staying in hotel, however could hear my neighbor quite a lot. The water in the shower was very hot, when you adjust it to cooler, the pressure is weaker.

The hotel was new and very clean. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

The room wasn’t comfortable, we listen everything of the next room, the bed isn’t comfortable and much plugs for electricity doesn’t work

We were a little hesitant about our booking here after reading some of the reviews - but were pleasantly surprised! Our suite was large, very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and location, location, location!

Our triple room on 5th floor had a nice balcony and room was spacious.. Clean, comfortable beds Air conditioning was very loud, like someone is taking a shower in the room... Coffee machine plug did not work... Bathroom had no space to put our stuff so I had to put the coffee table from the room under the sink to store our stuff... Walls are very thin !

The receptionists were very accommodating. We arrived earlier than the check in time but still let us check in as there were rooms that were already cleaned. The location was just 10 mins away from Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. 8 mins walk to the nearest MetroStation and so many great restaurants nearby (2-3 mins walk) The lifts were a bit small but still in good working condition

The location is perfect! Also bathroom has a perfect size! The room was too small. I cant even leaven my bag open in the ground

Great location, clean, good room service. A bit too small room, the minibar was charged more than the prices shown on the menu, the soundproofing between the rooms is not very good.

Room was clean, staff was very nice. Hotel is on a main road so it’s loud! We could hear everything outside plus what the guests in the rooms next to us were doing- showering, talking, etc.

Very nice hotel, at the center of Roma. We had a late check in there was no problem accessing the place, the check-in took just a few minutes and we were already enjoying a nice spacious room! Coffee machine and capsules were a pleasant surprise - not to mention they were renewed every day. The stuff is very helpful even though we did not require a lot of assistance. Free luggage storage is an absolute plus. Would definitely chose to stay there again)

Elevator was a necessity. Older elevator but it did the job. Hotel located on 5th floor of a public building but that aspect was not mentioned in description of property.

Charming room,clean, great options for tv Chanel’s, everything near by. Very small elevator but functional just need to make several trips.

The elevator couldn't take two people beyond the 3rd floor. Our room was on the 5th floor. The shower was extremely small and the doors slid shut as you tried to step into or out of the shower. No shelves for shampoo etc in the shower. No grab rails. The shower was about 18" off thr floor (difficult to access) wouldn't recommend for anyone over 60.

it was very centric and could be reached walking distance from termini. I got a very cheap room and for the fair that I paid I believe they could have given me a better room, they lost power one night and it was very hot, middle of summer, the ac stops working and instead of calling and offering a solution they stood quiet it was until an hour latter that I had to call and they gave me another suite in another floor with working ac, but the water heater wasnt working, so cold shower.
