Nice and cosy, very good location Value

Staff was great and very attentive. Very nice offering of breakfast options, in addition to the buffet you had ala cart options. We had lunch there 2x and was excellent as well.

Very nice to have an apartment with its own entrance . Very quiet for central Rome. Difficult to get our luggage to the hotel. We were going on a cruise so had large cases with us. That’s all.

Location, facilities, staff all were great. As a wheelchair user, they have a ramp to get up the two steps to my room. Our room (209) had two bathrooms – one fully wheelchair adapted. Many fine restaurants and gelato shops nearby :) For some people, they might not like the location as it was rather busy, being less than a block from Trevi fountain.

the location was really good. we were put into an annex to the hotel which was awful. we were only told about this after paying. it was extremely dark, dirty and more like a cave than a room.

The location was perfect. Loved having Trevi fountain as our nextdoor neighbor. Walking out to such a beautiful sight everyday was truly amazing. Yes, it was a busy area but not anything that couldn't be maneuvered. My mother is older and we took a taxi almost every night and the taxi drivers still dropped us out front, quite the experience going through tiny streets full of people in an Italian taxi!! Also the staff were fantastic! Helpful and sweet always. From the doorman to the front desk everyone was very accommodating. The whole hotel was extremely clean and modern as well. Our room was spacious and even being on a busy street, it was very quiet. Honestly loved everything. The people, the location, and amenities. Breakfast buffet was included and was very good as well. The food good have been alittle better, but at this point I'm splitting hairs.
