The welcome was awesome. Hats off to Mr. Shakib (sorry if I misspelled) who was kind and made the check-in smooth. We need to highlight that he was the most welcoming and helpful receptionist out of many we met during our 4-nights stay. Room was air-conditioned. Had a mini fridge, which we didn't expect. Had elevator access. Washroom is fully equipped and functioning. Location is close to the Roma Terminal as well as to the couple of city attractions. Commuting was easy. A lot of restaurants in the vicinity with a variety of foods. Building is old and looked unstable though rooms were renovated. Washroom is small and tight. Breakfast was bare minimum in my opinion. Elevator is old and shaky. Key had a heavy metal tag. Fortunately, we had to leave and pick every time we went out. Otherwise, carrying it would be a nightmare.

Convenient location. Small elevator, confusing floor plans, more than one hotel access from same elevator on different floors, convoluted path to the room.

Shower door closed but we pretty much broken, shower handle was broken. The outlets for the room were pretty loose

Location was decent as it was close to Roma Termini station as well as a delicious restaurant right down the way. The beds were hard as if sleeping on the ground. Pillows were flat. There was a lot of hair in each bed that wasn’t ours. The room was dingy and not worth the price. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

Staff are very helpful and friendly to interact. EXCELLENT LOCATION and very good connectivity. Few attractions are walkable distance. Plenty of Restaurants available near by

Location was good. Staff was supportive as we arrived early morning 3:00 AM and they allowed us to check in late. Room are bit old fashioned.
