Coffee very, very simple...

Location was great. Close to the station which makes it easy to travel around Rome. Receptionist was not very welcoming. Mattress was hard. Breakfast was poor. Not too many choices.

Great room for the price. The location was close to the train and withing walking distance to the colosseum and trevi fountain. Plenty of good restaurants, stores, and souvenir shops close by. Rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. The breakfast was convenient. The A/C was not very cold and the manager likes to keep it that way. On the first 2 days we did not have hot water. The water was freezing! I got the impression that the boiler was turned off to conserve cost. The breakfast could have been switched up a little.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The location was ideal, close to Roma Termini. A lot of good restaurants close by. Good security at this place. The beds were very comfortable, to our liking. Breakfast was simple but good.

The staff were great: the receptionist and ladies working in the morning. Location was great: less than 10 minutes to the train station. A grocery store was nearby. Breakfast was great: meat, cheese, croissants, cakes, etc, coffee machine had great coffee. The room was decent for one night stay. The air conditioner was working (I think) but we opened the window to cool it off. We stayed at the end of March. The windows face busy road but the noise level was ok. We felt safe. It had an elevator. The glass shower was leaking water but seems like it’s common in many places we stayed also.

Good bathroom, beds not so good. Breakfast was just ok, not many options, no fruits, no eggs. Very old building, only two people in the one elevator. Hotel is one floor in the building where there are other hotels, not even a sign in the street with the name.

Good assortment of food for breakfasr. Staff was very helpful in booking a taxi for us. Room was exceptionally clean and good wifi. Great location and good price
