The accommodation was located near the railway station and a short walk to the supermarket and restaurants. It was in a quiet location. The room and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good and overseen by staff to prepare your coffee etc. Reception staff were good on arrival and departure where the organized a taxi for us to the Train Station. No complaints.

The receptionist Burhan is super friendly and helpful when ever we needed information or any help he was there for us also the Guy at night sorry didn’t get the name was very respectful The location is good near many metro and bus stations And 10 mins walk to Rome termini where you can get a bus from and to the airport The amenities is all what you need An overall nice stay at Rome if you are coming

The room was large for Europe. Staff reception was good upon arrival. Hotel is not in a great area. The room we got was below grade. Got up in the morning and there were ants on the floor. We had no hot water, so couldn’t take a shower. The breakfast was terrible. Hotel staff was dismissive regarding having no hot water.

The breakfast was very basic. What little was offered contained too much sugary foods.

I loved how friendly and professional the staff was. We needed to leave our luggage at the front desk in the morning while we went on a tour and everything was safe when we returned from a long day. Thanks team! The bathroom could use some place to hang towels. Otherwise it was pretty comfortable. Thanks!

The staff was very nice. The location is in a sketchy neighborhood, pretty scary at night. Far away from a lot which was a bit exhausting. The room wasnt clean at all, pretty dirty actually. Nothing was offered, no water, no tea, no shampoo, no soap, nothing at all was offered in the room which is crazy.

Excellent location 10 min walk manzoni metro can travel easily to trevi spanish steps and Vatican,25-30 minutes walk colosseum . Clean comfortable rooms. Welcoming and friendly owner and staff. I like everything about this hotel.

The hotel is close to Roma Termini, we use 514 tram to arrive metro. In a few minutes you can be where ever you want in Rome by metro A or B. Hotel was clean and people was so helpfull and warm. The hotel and the roads were in safe that could be walked along the street. No any kind of coffee or tea kind of hot drinks at the rooms.

We liked the staff; they were very welcoming and always smiling. The room was cleaned daily, it was nice and clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and there was hot water. A location close to many tourist attractions.?? Check-in is strictly until 11:00 AM ?, there is no self-check-in or late check-in beyond this time. Our flight was delayed, and we almost didn’t make it in time for check-in. The bed had only a thin blanket, not a thick one But the room was not cold. Despite these drawbacks, it was still a good stay for us.

Clean cozy small hotel just near the Termini train station. Nice room with heating, fridge, TV, Wi-Fi. Towels and toiletries provided. Hosts were very kind and polite. Definitely great value for money, would return anytime.

Firstly the stuff was so friendly- they even let us leave luggages since our bus was leaving later that night. They were also very kind to give us some great advices, offered us umbrella when it was raining and always so sweet and with a smile! Location was also very nice, close to all main attractions, around 20 minutes from Colosseum. Room itself had comfortable beds, was very quiet and the heating and warm water were all working perfectly fine. Everything was almost perfect- if i had to add something bad then maybe towels and blankets that didn't smell so clean. Other then that, everything was amazing, especially for the money.
