It was a great experience!

Location, breakfast, and fast taxi service. The older lady who served us during the breakfast buffet on 8/20/26, was remarkable. Extremely gracious, helpful, and friendly. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and elegant. We were stunned to find out that our room had NO outlets. Not in the bathroom or the bedroom. There was one outdated plug that required an adapter, which we used, but it slow charged and took 12 hours to increase one cellphone from 20% to 65%. With both people having devices, including a nightstand fan, and headphones, it was a miserable experience for anyone in the modern age, and made the stay less than great. Because of this, we would never stay there again. I had a young server for dinner on my last evening. I had no silverware. He never once came back to ask how my meal was, or if I needed anything. I literally was left without service for an hour--until the check came. AC was very difficult to adjust, and never really stayed cool. It was a shame I couldn't plug my fan in.

I loved the location and the room was quite nice. It was close to a metro stop which was super convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They had complimentary sweet treats for guests at reception, which my wife loved! We did try the restaurant one evening, food was ok, service was not especially attentive. Air-con stopped working the last night of the stay and it was a pain but to be fair at check out they waived the two drinks we drank that nigh from the mini-bar so all was forgiven...

The location was great. It was close enough to Trevvi, great restaurants, shopping, etc. The reservation stated free breakfast and we were told it was $20euro per person. Not a problem with Hotel but with booking.com
