Very clean and friendly staff. Loved the location for Metro access and walkable distance to main attractions. Air conditioning worked okay. Showers had good water pressure. Our safe was broken. The gentleman took the batteries out, but never came back with replacement ones

Location. Decor and bit tired. Power failure corridors pitch black no fire safety lights staircases dangerous to use.

Excellent breakfast! Very friendly helpful staff. Good location lots of good restaurants close by to choose from and walking distance to major attractions. Also rooms were very quiet, we didn’t hear other guests. The lift! It was super slow! Especially when you are on a higher floor.

Convenient clean Rooftop facilities a mixture of levels and views were not nearly as good as expected. No quilt provided for bed, just a sheet. Blankets in cupboard did not cover full bed to achieve a fall down each side.

Location to Termini and metro. Hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful Roof terrace was closed until April. That should be in the description.
