near to main terminal station the elevator was really tiny, garbage inside the main entrance of the building

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is highly convenient—just a short walk from the Termini station, which made getting around effortless. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Great location, checkin was helpful enough. Room was very warm, luckily I had a portable fan. Maybe the hotel could fit some electric fans for summer months. For non summer its probably fine.

There was constant noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the atmosphere felt unsafe and even a bit scary. I did not feel secure staying there.

Location very close to termini, many resto closed by to eat. Safe area and reception staff was nice. There's an awful smell coming from the toilet drainage and cigaret It was very noisy esp. in the morning. The bed was not really comfortable. Very small lift can't barely fit big luggage. Its not sound proof- you can hear the noise from other rooms.

Location was great close to Termini but away from noicy traffic, room was neat, shower worked well, the room did not have any smell and windows kept the noice out. Basicly everything you need from a hotel room to sleep. The room had everything they said it would, but nothing extra. So no fridge, safety deposit or electric kettle.

Walkable to Roma Termini. Great cafe/bar downstairs. Availability of the receptionist was awful.

We were so disappointed. It was so dirty, the towels smelled awful. We said we don’t want cleaning, but when we got back our room was “clean” and the cleaner put all of our towels together so we had trouble finding which one is which. I asked for new ones, they smelled even worst. It was written that the AC and the heater are included in the facilities but they made us pay 20euro per night so we can use it. We literally freeze during the night. Wouldn’t go back. The location wasn’t that bad.

Superb place for an extremely reasonable price, great location (close to the main subway lines and getting there from an airport is a breeze - take a train/bus and you are here). Everything was clean, bed was comfy for me. Room temperature in March was good, but bring long pants and sweatshirt if you get cold easily. There is a supermarket nearby also. The staff was very pleasant and attentive, easy check in, ability to leave at any time (they give you keys to the building), easy early checkout. Grazzie! There is no fridge or kettle, but there are some places nearby that are open even at night and early morning

Best option for a cheap city trip, You get everything you need, own shower and toilet in your room. Very quiet, nice balcony to street view
