The location was situated near to Metro station, and city center which was a good point. The room was relatively good, but the bathroom shield was too narrow that is difficult for an over-weight man to enter to bath tub. After booking, I just found that the Hotel did not have a 24 receptionist service and check-in time was only until 9:00 p.m. So, it meant that you had to make an effort to contact with the property owner to arrange for check-in time. The owner was not very much welcome in this case and nagged a lot and said that it was an exception that he met such a situation! while this is the duty and responsibility of the Hotel manager to welcome guests at any arrival time without slightest quarrelsome or nagging as he is charging for his room! :(

Location is perfect, very close the main metro station which makes travel via bus or train very easy. I book a double room only to find that two single beds were put together. While asleep the beds will split.

The location was really good, close to restaurants and attractions Bedbugs were in the room! My friend and I got bitten. There was so much noise at night that we could not sleep, like someone was moving the furniture or something… also we could hear all the noise and cars from the street.

The location was perfect Everything else. When we arrived we noticed that in the hall of the building there was vomit, we hoped it would get cleaned the next day, but it was there up until our last day (3 days later); I get that the hotel is not responsible of the whole building since they only own 2 stories, but they should be interested in making their guests’ stay as good as possible, and trust me that seeing that every time you got in or out was not pleasant. Secondly we knew that the rooms were small and that there wasn’t AIR CONDITIONING, but the ventilator that was in our room didn’t work properly: it barely made the air move and it felt like an oven, the first night I did not sleep. It was awful because when it gets so hot it ruins your whole trip, so I suggest to not pick this hotel if you are going in summer. The cleaning lady DID NOT clean our room, she only came in once a day to change our towels, but didn’t do the bed nor swept the floor, there were so many hairs on the ground I can’t even describe. You can hear everything from the other rooms or every time someone crosses the corridor, but the noise is the minor problem. Stay was awful, I’m usually someone who adapts very easily and doesn’t complain a lot, but this time it was too many things combined and I can’t oversee it.

Very good location, right next to the main train station. Close transport links for buses, trains, metro and trams. Accommodating staff with late arrival for check-in. Good WiFi connection throughout room. Fan provided. Areas felt unclean, the shower area had tiles which had large amounts of brown “stains” on them, empty shower gel packets were present in the shower prior to checkin. Shocking water pressure, barely got any water pressure when using warm water. The toilet was questionable attached to the wall, looked like it had been pulled off and just reattached. Bathroom was VERY small. Had issues having enough room to dry off after showering. Mattress very firm.

Location Size

Very very close to Roma Termini. The Room was perfect once it was changed from the previous room. Lots of restaurants and a convenience shop right in front of the Hotel for drinks and maybe a small snack. At first we didn't like the room we were in and what we had booked. With the heat wave in Rome there wasn't any A/C in our room, we just had a fan only. We spoke to the Hotel and they upgraded us to a room with an A/C and a Fridge at no extra cost which was appreciated a lot!!

It was clean and simple to check in. Staff were helpful. Advertised as having air conditioning however when we arrived there was only 2 fans (one didn’t work) which did not cool down the room at all. We were sweating most of the time and it was generally hotter inside our room than the outside temperature.

Good location. The staff who checked me in was welcoming. Beware of the rooms with no AC. I lasted about 2 hours here before I had to check out and find new accommodation with AC. It’s ridiculous for an accommodation provider to offer a room with no AC in summer, especially when it’s 38 degrees outside during a heatwave. With no staff member onsite to talk to about the situation and after I had already checked myself out, an offer was made to move me but it was too late. Be careful they won’t even entertain the idea of a partial refund.
