really NOTHING Very disappointing stay. The air conditioning was extremely weak and did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and lacked professionalism. The hotel's location was also inconvenient, with no direct public transportation access. The only practical options were taking a taxi or walking about 10 minutes to the nearest subway station. In addition, the room was not clean, and the facilities were old and poorly maintained.

The staff was very kind and helpful with 24 hour service. They were generally quick to answer messages and check in was smooth. The shower did not drain and nearly flooded the rest of the bathroom, the lift was out of order, and the walls were not cleaned of dead insect carcasses. It is not in the best condition.

A small, cozy hotel with friendly, smiling staff, located quite close to the city center — about a 20-minute walk or 10 minutes by metro. There are all necessary markets nearby, both large and small. The room was cleaned every day; bed linen and towels were changed, and personal care items were replenished. There is a railway near the hotel, but if you close the shutters, no noise can be heard. The bathroom is neat and not small at all. Overall, the room is ideal for two people looking for a budget-friendly stay.

NA The bed was super uncomfortable, the room wasn’t the cleanest and the hotel wasn’t in the best area. It looked as if the hotel was thrown together rather quickly, just to open the doors and make money. We also arrived after midnight and we waited outside ringing the bell to be let in for a good 15 minutes, called the hotel multiple times and no answer. Would not recommend.

This is not a hotel it had no hotels standard No service ans the least on hotel is not there this is not a hotel and had no hotel standard at all The staff so rude and calless i didn’t like it at all Rooms have no temperature control u can’t change the temperature the heating was on it was too hot to sleep!

Close to the train station. We complained about a couple which had an argument and a fight in the room next to us. We asked the receptionist to call the police after he warned them 3 times but he didnt want to do that. A nightmare in the New year's eve!
