Hotel Giubileo

Everything was bad about this place, doesn't worth the price you pay for. The only reason I went there is because I was scammed using this platform and when I arrived in Rome I found the apartment I've rented didn't existed so I had to find a place for spend the night at the last moment, that's why I went to this place but except for the location the rest was terrible, they say they have wi fi but I had to use my own data because connection didn't work. I'm still waiting for the invoice the told me to send by email. A truly shithole, avoid this place if you can

The location is very central, close to many attractions and the main train station; it was easy to depart on the next day and to reach the airport; the room was clean and the staff polite.

Price was too high, should be half

Handy if you need to get to Termini, it's one of the cheapest places in the area Some of the staff don't speak Italian, which is a bit weird. The entire place needs to be renovated; it looks and feels very old. The bed is not the best, and in my room, the window wouldn't close properly, with obvious noise and temp issues.

Great location close to Termini station in a nice location. Small hotel with clean rooms and hospitable reception staff with 24 h reception. Great stay overall. I would come back again. There was mold and sewage smell in bathroom (probably sewerage needs renovation). I would have preferes to have some coffee available. Missing coffee mashine in rooms or common space at least. A month before arrival all my personal data from the reservation were stollen and there was an attempt from indian whatsapp phone number through persistant and aggressive communication successfully copying hotel data and proffessional acting as reception staff to get deceived and empty my card, but thanks to my bank protection mechanism not possible. Ì informed the hotel and booking.com for that situation and they advised me it was a scam. How ever it remainas how my reservation personal data was stollen by these indian scammer/s.

place is super . only this . not clean room .bed was dirty and bathroom was dirty with hair .. room and bathroom smell humidity ..

Just the heater was leaking water and it was all around the room most likely in our clothes got wet one was not working

The location seemed fine and the price The random holes inside the room that were covered by paintings, mold in the shower, and the fact that there was one big hole inside the wall that was shared with other neighbours (the wall was covered by shelfs from our and neighbours sides)

The general manger was very nice and accommodating. There was mold in our bathroom, wood fell from the ceiling onto us while we were sleeping, the toilet would drip water onto you, the one front desk person was incredibly rude when I told her wood fell from the ceiling onto us while we were sleeping. Walls were dirty and scratched, pillows were uncomfortable and very old- falling apart. The one outlet did not work and was hanging out of the wall. Ac was very dusty loud and did not work well. The door handle to open the window was broken and wouldn’t lock properly. We asked for no housekeeping and they didn’t listen and would come in and still clean even when I requested no service.

Good location. The hotel is very old. The bathroom did not function well, I cleaned myself.

the location because its close to train station. The staff were friendly and its not pricey. The room that we stayed had a slight smell maybe because the building is old but aside from that, our stay was perfect.

Everything is broken, falling apart and dirty. I knew it won't be great but this really exceeded my expectations.
