Hotel Priscilla

The room was spacious, clean and well air conditioned. The beds were comfortable and the hotel overall was very pleasant. There is no kettle in the room which would have been great. Other than 3 sachets of shampoo and two little bars of soap there is no other toiletries like shower gel etc. The fridge didn't keep our drinks very cold.

Overall, we had a positive experience. The most important aspects for us were all well covered. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre, so we explored Rome entirely on foot and didn’t need to use public transport at all. Termini station is also nearby, making it easy to get to and from the airport, as well as to other parts of the city. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day, the bed was made, fresh sheets were provided, and everything was kept neat and tidy throughout our stay. The staff were pleasant and always ready to help, especially for first-time visitors, offering useful tips and guidance throughout our stay. Breakfast was included in our reservation (at least as advertised on Booking.com), but it was quite limited and remained exactly the same throughout all four days of our stay. There were no power sockets near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. While there were USB ports available, they’re not quite a full substitute for standard outlets. The Wi-Fi signal wasn’t very strong, which was noticeable during everyday use and occasionally affected the connection quality. The room also had a fridge, but it was turned off and not functioning, whereas we would have expected it to be ready for use.

Extremely clean, comfortable, great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location! Many walkable sights and restaurants.

Top location. ok breakfast. Clean towels and bed sheets. Got the smallest room next to the hotel wc and cleaning stuff. noise at 6am. "made up as hotel room" behind reception

Location, kind staff, clean room the room was close to a huge motor (possibly firced air) and not acoustically isolated. This negatively affected the sleep.

Disappointing

This was a 2nd stay at this property - stayed here 45 years ago....not a lot had changed. The property had gained some vintage charm...but was somewhat what we expected. The breakfast staff were welcoming. There is an access issue when entering from via Calabria if you have modified mobility ...there is a chair lift but not the most ideal solution.....perhaps a hand rail in the middle of the steps leading to reception???

Super tiny shower and the whole bathroom was extremely small. Plenty to choose for breakfast although the quality isn't great.

We didn't have breakfast during our stay. Location is one of the best if you want to visit the main attractions in center such as Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon, Fontana Di Trevi, Villa Borghese etc Facilities old and hotel needs renovation. Cleanliness must be improved big time. Floor carpet as for instance was too old and dirty. Or shower head holder didn't work, as it was sliding loose along the bar, So you had to hold the shower head by one hand. When arrived the sink was plugged, but it was immediately fixed upon our request

The breakfast was not included in this visit; it was my past three visits.
