This is a wow! I loved this boutique very special hotel. The staff is expectional. The hotel itself is updated and fabulous. It was immaculate. The air conditioning was beyond cold! The breakfast was 10 stars. The location is on point and I can't say enough about this hidden gem. Everything is updated including the bathrooms. You won't be sorry. Stay here before or after a cruise or if you just want to do Rome for a few days. Nothing

Rooms were very clean. I loved that the breakfast buffet opened at 7 am and had lots of selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Roscioli is right across the street! The bathrooms were clean but very small.

The property is centrally located in a good area! Breakfast was included with our stay and was quite tasty, especially the croissants and the cappuccino! It was nice to have happy hour on the rooftop deck in the evening and the cocktails and food were delicious.

I liked everything at Hotel Smeraldo. Very clean rooms and linen. It's central to all the attraction sites. Staff were exceptional, Omar was really great. Their buffet breakfast was amazing with good options. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are also functional.

Loved the location and the old building. The rooms were very tiny leaving not much space to maneuver around bags and all that, but that was my only complaint!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Always had time to help us find our way. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, I wish all our morning coffees were as good everywhere! Sorry, I enjoyed my stay and there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
