The bathroom was clean, bed comfortable. Dining room was clean and nice , was very good breakfast Our rooms were not in the main building, we had to walk two blocks with our bags, on cobblestones, uneven streets And back the next day for shuttle to pick us up. Rooms on the 5th floor with a one person elevator.

We were very impressed with how clean the room was throughout our stay. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, our experience started off poorly at check-in. One of the staff members who assisted us was quite rude and seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions, which did not make us feel welcome. We were then taken to a room that was not located in the main hotel building. To access it, we had to unlock several different doors, which felt inconvenient and unexpected. The biggest disappointment was that the room looked nothing like the one we had booked. While it did have the advertised amenities, such as two beds and a private bathroom, the appearance and overall feel were completely different from the photos shown online. Because our room was located in a separate building, the Wi-Fi signal barely reached us and was essentially unusable during our stay. Overall, we felt that the room and experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.

Out desire was to stay near the Trevi Fountain and it was perfect. We had 5 rooms (20 people). Some were better than others. One of the rooms did not have a private shower or bath. The bathtub was in the middle of the room. The shower was on an outside wall with "privacy" glass that was not so private. Ask about the room configuration when you get there.

The location Very plain and our room had 2 floors but the comfortable bed was on the level you walked in on and the room with the bathroom was down steep flight of stairs to the lower level. The lower level bed was more like a pullout couch and not comfortable. Located near Trevi was fun but crowded streets at times and you could not get a taxi near there.

The elevator was not working for an entire day. I told Ricardo about it in the morning and he said he was going to send someone to fix it right away as we left and we got back at night and was still not fixed. Then I spoke to the front desk person and he sent someone to fix it so we went to have some food in the meantime and finally they fix it. But I have a disability with my leg, I also had surgery on my elbow and my husband had surgery on his right shoulder so before I booked I double checked to make sure they had an elevator and they took their time to fix it. Apparently it was fast once they decided to do it. The phone lines were dead. God forbid an emergency there was no way to contact them. The room had some weird smell. Even thought the room was clean. The front desk said if any problems please call them from our room but the phone lines were dead. There was no way to contact them from the room and was still dead after we checked out. I didn’t like that they took their time until they felt like fixing the elevator and did not put that as a priority. As it was for everyone not just us.

Location is great, and the room was failry big - it was an apartment with jacuzzi (that wasn't operational). the mini-bar as they've called it, was a fridge with 2 bottles of water whch I had to pay for in the end. it wasn't explained to us before, neither was there a paper with a price list. Toilet paper was missing throughout our stay too. The room however very cold and we couldn't warm it up! The explanation on why we couldn't turn on the heating was that there is an European law that forbids them to turn it on until Rome (or Italy) decides that it's time to do so. Other hotels in Europe (and italy in Como Lake ares) that we visited were not abiding by the same law, apparently.

Location and cost The room was very cold. Elevator could barley fit 2 people
