The friendliness and availability of the owner and staff were wonderful.

There is no breakfast served. It is written only in fine print section. The name is misleading.

Great location, easy to access, close to the train station. Clean and tidy The mattress was not the most comfortable, but it served it’s purpose and was clean.

Place is not as described in the pictures. Bed is very soft and not very comfortable to sleep.

We did not have breakfast Located near the railway station, and the walk to the sites is manageable. Mariano was very helpful, The kitchen was available with a large fridge We did not meet Valerio, but Mariano was helpful

The owners were very very friendly. Even though outside it might have been not as safe of area, we felt very safe inside - to enter the location there were three locks. I love the location so easy to get to train stations or metro. The microwave was just stopped working the day before and that was frustrating but I am sure they will fix it. soon

2. Even though the build is old the locks are upgraded with new Technology and can be open by mobile app which is very convenient. 3. Manage and the stuff's behavior and treatment was very good. Nothing as such.

Very good value for money. Our host was really helpful. Free coffee / teas available for self service. Shower curtain was moldy at the bottom—scratches on the wall. Overall though the room was clean and well serviced.

Large comfortable room, just around corner from Metro station with easy links all over the city.

Great location, lovely peaceful green courtyard, room was quite clean. Bed was comfortable, photos are accurate to what you receive, free coffee was appreciated. For Rome, this place is good value. We were asked to pay €24 euros city tax separate to the booking fee, in cash, which is not an issue as we were advised of this in advance and this is standard in all of Italy. However, as i understand the legislation, you are also meant to be provided with a receipt - the host simply said this wasn’t possible. Every other place I’ve stayed in Italy so far has supplied the receipt without question so this was slightly concerning.

Valerio was incredibly friendly and helpful. Texted me in the evening of arrival to make sure everything is alright, gave a very good recommendation for a late dinner which turned out to be a fantastic choice. He promptly answered all my questions. The house-keeper, Mariano, was also very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on his face. Great location. Main attractions are within walking distance (e.g. the Colosseum is only 15-min away from Nero), and for those who prefer the metro, there's a stop just 2 minutes away. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to stay.

the room looks like the photos ,its clean and lucia was extremely helpful and kind the location also is considered good compared to the value of money the neighborhood is really bad, yes its near the metro station but the area i didn’t feel safe in especially at night, the area is full of rubbish and it smells really bad, its in the Chinese town

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I booked this room with the understanding that a gluten free breakfast could be arranged. We were thrilled about this option as both of us have celiac disease. We could have booked anywhere else in the city but we saw they could do this so we booked them. When booking I asked about the gluten free breakfast option and was told yes that could be done. I reminded them again days before we arrived as this was important to us and got no reply. We knew this had to be paid for but we saw no staff and got no reply on this request.

The location We asked the stuff to change the towels, then she answered that she would clean the room. When we got back, the door was not locked, the room was exactly the same as we left in the morning. I don’t understand what she did in our room.

Not too far from Termini station and right next to Victoria Emmanuel station. Big room. Great communication from Valerie and housekeeping staff. We turned the air conditioner on and left the room. When we returned there was black stuff all over the floor and air conditioner I found a dustpan and cleaned it up and turned off air conditioner. Cleaners cleaned the rest the next day. Water pressure in shower was hit and miss but ok for the most part.

It had everything we needed: coffee machine, cutlery and plates, tap water, etc. The room was very spacious. The location was amazing and very convenient. The woman working there was very kind and friendly! Our room was next to a busy road and sometimes it was a bit noisy (mainly early in the morning). However, it didn’t disrupt our stay too much.
