The location is great, close to the railway station, and the owner is very kind and friendly.

Wonderful location near the Ottaviano Metro, shops and Cafe’s. The room is comfortable, all we needed was there. Our host , Daniele, was so helpful and friendly, only good words we have for you so thanks a lot. Really nothing

The location was close to a lot of good restaurants and metro.Easy to navigate city. Felt very safe with the security even though it was a ground floor room. The bed was a little hard for me and the shower was small. Both manageable. It doesn’t have much natural light but I wasn’t there in the room a lot.

The location of the property is great! The host is responsive and tries to be helpful. There was a very bad smell in our room (room #1) and we told the host about it when checking in. Although they said the issue will be resolved, nothing was done. We asked again on the next day, proved that there indeed is an unpleasant smell (for some reason there weren’t able to smell it ?) - but the issue was not resolved, and we weren’t even given some sort of compensation.

2. Cristina, the host was very patient and informative, giving me screenshots and links to make it easier for me to take public transport from the airport and back 3. Very clean room and bathroom with a small fridge Sadly, only the coffee at Mozart Cafe was good. The voucher provided a continental breakfast consisting of juice, coffee and a croissant.

Great location

We had a very pleasant experience with our stay. The host Daniele’s communication was great with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and he was super accommodating with our late check-in and leaving our luggages after check-out. The location is walking distance to Vatican and the apartment is inside a traditional old building with Roma style tall wooden entry door. It was very clean. We regret that we could only stay one night.

Great location - very close to Vatican, Metro station nearby, nice neighborhood. Great service - very helpful and responsive service. Everything well explained and properly set up before arrival. Good value for money - the room itself is pretty basic, but offers all the most important features. What positively surprised us - it was super quiet. We didn’t hear anything and slept super well.

Simple, clean, convenient space in the heart of Prati, very close to metro and shops. Very polite staff, providing great recommendations for eating out. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room The foam rubber pillow was not the most comfortable

Over all I love it stayed in this places . The owner so kind and guide you very well. The shower too small for me .. little bit difficult to move and put soup in my leg.

Location is absolutely incredible since it's near the Vatican but also in a safe neighborhood ( let's call it midclass to say the least.) Rome can be sketchy at night in some places , definitely not there ...
