Everything was ok . Very well located, near Termini station. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Great breakfast. Very attentive staff.

The front desk guy was the best! He gave lots of recommendations and was very friendly! The location was quiet and breakfast room very charming. Beds were a bit hard for us and the room was warm.

We loved our stay! We were busy all day walking the streets of Rome and it was nice coming back to this quaint little neighborhood. We had dinner close by and its was wonderful. The hotel staff was super friendly and even stored a gluten free cake for me. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I truly appreciated how helpful and trustworthy everyone was. A special thank you to all the hotel staff for their honesty and hospitality — it made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Room was OK, location is great, the view though was inexistent, being to an internal part of the building. Nevertheless, conditions are good, and it is quite. Quite expensive though, might be because of teh Jubilaeum ...

Staff was great and friendly. Close to the train station. Room was clean If you have a room that faces the front of the hotel in October be aware the hotel turns off the air. To have the window open isn’t an option even though we were on the 2nd floor. A large crowd of students gather in the square across from the hotel and are loud to late hours of the night.

rooms furniture older and squeeky
-
The breakfast area and the large room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the shower is tiny, the WiFi barely works.
-
Convenient in relation to the train. Room was OK, but the facility needs an upgrade—trim falling off stair railings, dust in the corners, scratches on the walls, old bed covers and curtains.
-
Is kind of expensive for what it offers. But not a bad choice.

There was a problem with the room lock. Housekeeping left the room unlocked twice. I had a hard time locking the room door. The room was very warm at night but the hotel shuts off the air conditioning except in the summer. It had a great door that opened onto a balcony but it was so noisy with people dinning and partying in the street that the door could not be left open. The refrigerator did not work.

Friendly staff, good value, $200 a night, stayed 7 days. Bed not comfortable, was told Municipality shut air conditioning in rooms off because it was October???. We had to open 3rd floor windows to cool it down and huge blaring DJ every night until 2am.across the street by the Church. No refrigerator

Facility in very good condition. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Breakfast was very good. Location was a concern. Looks like it is in transition.

Front desk personnel very helpful. Room was clean. size of room was comfortable. I could hear people walking on the above room. Beds were too hard for our liking.
