Overall good price/quality. It was clean. Staff was helpful and kind. The location was perfect, just next to the metro station. The coffee machine was good. Breakfast was Ok, still can be improved. It was noisy in the night. The isolation of the windows and walls is not that good. There were unrespectful, unconcerned people staying in the other rooms. They kept ringing the bell at midnight, which was very rude and noisy.

The location was near two metro station and 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Fabrizio and Silvia are very helpful and provided us a lot of info on places to eat, Metro travel, how to book guided tours. none, all that was available was as expected. Please account for city tax 6 Euros per person per night in cash as the total amount of booking.com excludes this amount.

Location is far from main attractios but close to metro. 4 rooms next to each other in one apartment. Could be noisy in the morning or evening. Depends on your neighbors.

Position, near metro station, sunday parking for free A/ Compliance of the other guests about barking of our dog... ...if the would not stay over the day, the dog would not bark B/ Additional information about cleaning fee 25€ (i would expect it in price calculation)

A good stay at this B&B. Centrally located and close to metro. The host was very nice, and did her best to provide waht she can do to support us.

We had a good experience at this hostel. Centrally located and very close to metro and train stations. The room was charming, complete with its own bathroom, air conditioning...we enjoyed the shared outdoor spaces like the kitchen. They offer a variety of food items, including milk, yogurt, juices, cereal, and pastries. The hostel provides all the comforts one could wish for.

It was a really experience to stay in a very old heritage house, yet to get the new modern facility. We can control the main gate and the apartment door with your phone app, by just clicking a button. They have provided enough food and water, so that you are not running short of water and food. The host was really nice,. he kept most of the stuff in a much organized way. Shower was little slow to get the warm water, which was a concern for my little kid, ( although I am absolutely fine with a cold and warm water )
