It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was close to the center of Rome and walking distance to Termini. There is also a good selection of restaurants around. The staff were very helpful. I loved my stay there. The only con was that the terrace had a bad smell near the plants. But other than that it was nice hanging out on the terrace.

First impression is how clean it is, the floors were shining. It's a charming hotel , while it is on the 4th floor there is a small lift to help bring up luggage. It's close to the Termini station and an easy walk to major attractions. Staff is friendly. Great value. I did have a small single bed, and it was frankly an uncomfortable bed. Not sure if the larger rooms were equipped with better mattresses.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean and in a good location while still being quite at night. The shower was a tad small but worked well and was clean.

the worker who checked me in was lovely and stayed back until 11pm because my train to Rome was drastically delayed - this was really lovely as I was travelling by myself and it made me much more comfortable. All the staff were accomodating when I asked to leave my luggage until I had to leave for the airport. Additionally, the staff were more than accomodating when I asked to come back for a shower before having to leave for the airport - they also called a taxi for me. I have nothing to say here, everything was lovely.

La stanza era molto curata, con bagno in marmo ed una grande vasca, e il balconcino con le piante è stato un angolo di riposo ideale per sorseggiare un te’ caldo. Il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile. Niente da comunicare, forse solo il fatto che per accedere si deve salire una scala prima di raggiungere l’ascensore.

Lilium boutique was central, 10 mins walk to the Metro. The staff were always extremely helpful and charming and my room, although quite small, had a very comfortable bed with crisp white linen, a great en-suite and a sweet balcony to sit out on. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It worked well for me as there was a lift to the 4th floor where the hotel is but it wouldn’t work for anyone with mobility difficulties.
