Loqman was a fantastic host. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The room was beautiful and perfectly located in the centre of Rome.

Everything about this property was great! It started with Loqman ensuring we checked-in smoothly. Our room was wonderfully decorated and comfortable. The property is located the middle of a bustling district in Rome, yet is insulated from the noise. I would definitely stay here again! N/A

The location was amazing — centrally located so an easy walk to everything. Rooms were very nice and cozy too and the staff is super helpful and accessible.

The location is unbeatable for exploring Rome, within walking distance of major attractions and many bus stops. The host was very responsive and addressed our questions quickly. I also appreciated the daily cleaning service, which gave the stay a professional hotel-like feel. While the room is small, having access to a shared kitchen just outside the door was a nice added bonus for preparing light meals. The accommodation is very compact—it is essentially a small bedroom with a private bathroom and a tiny shower for the standard room I booked. The biggest issue, however, was the mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable and far too soft; it provided no support and felt like it didn't hold my weight at all, even though I am of average build. It is a great "home base" for sightseeing, but the sleeping comfort needs to be improved.

The room was so clean and modern. My boyfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary here and as we walked in we were greeted with a beautiful welcome display; including a balloon heart, free champagne, and a thoughtful welcome note. The property is a perfect location we walked all over as far as the Spanish steps to the colosseum. We loved the location and the property manager Loqman also sent us a video and instructions on how to get into the room as well as recommendations for food, tours, etc that made our trip amazing!!!! Nothing at all!!

Easy to find along a small street right in central Rome.

Wonderful location and wonderfully walkable. We loved the corner coffee bar. We went each morning for a cappuccino and croissant and the evening for a drink and nibbles. The downstairs restaurant was warm, cozy with comforting Italian food. We had dinner there 3 times. If you venture to the right after exiting the building you will run into a great gelato store. If you venture to the right from there you will encounter great shopping! We walked or used FreeNow cabs online. The condition of the mattress was not the best. The shower had mold. The price is a bit pricey for what it is.
