Cute and centrally located

Everything was amazing! Clean, room exactly like pictures,cleaning lady was amazing doing deep clean everyday, location perfect (12min from Spanish Steps), lot of restaurants in the area, extraordinary staff. Mary.. you are a wonderful human being , thank you for everything ? /

Wifi was not working and the signal didn’t reach our room. Despite we complained to the receptionist, nothing was done.

The location was awesome; it was easy to get to everything quickly. Mary was incredible; she was very informative and shared some great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Sometimes traveling abroad can be confusing and she made it easy to ask questions without fear of judgment. Mary also gave us a lot of flexibility with our checkout time, and encouraged us to leave our bags and explore for as long as we liked. The room was immaculate. There was nothing we didn't like! We really enjoyed our trip. We would recommend this location to friends or family.

The room is clean and the staff is welcoming, warm, friendly and very helpful. The property felt safe. They have us some wine celebrating our honeymoon, which was a nice surprise. The AC went off every night while we were sleeping with no way to turn it back on. It seems like the hotel has an auto shutdown system in place, which makes the room hot and wakes you up every night. The bed felt like an old mattress with springs it wasn’t too comfortable.

Very very well located in a good quiet neighbourhood that has nice restaurants, and a great gelato shop. Everything very walkable. There was no noise whatsoever overnight which afforded me the possibility of catching up on my sleep. Good USB outlets, lots of cozy pillows. Book this place! Wifi could definitely be improved. Shower water pressure a little lacking.

Honestly i book the hotel because rating was 9. It’s overrated Its not a hotel and entrance is scary and the left is small Only staff was good

The location is absolutely perfect, the cleanliness is flawless, and the room size is excellent. Everything was ideal, and especially the hotel manager, Mary, who was always extremely helpful, polite, and available at any time for any request.

The property is shared with other hotels or residential. The access main entrance is shared. It did not affect the stay, but it is something every guest should know.

Hmmmm nothing , the location is far from everything you have to walk around 22 min to reach the fountain, the room was not very clean , the table was dusty , the floor was not clean from each corner , I had to clean it by my self There is no reception 24 hour / I came at 7 am , had to wait two hours to open the door !!!! Unfortunately there is no iron , the ladies in the reception one was very helpful the other lady wasn’t ! So I don’t recommend this hotel at all , even I couldn’t sleep the bed was uncomfortable- the room was too hot , the AC beside the toilet only !!!!! The First Lady told me check out at 11 than next day she text me asked to check out at 10 am !!!!!
